Ryan clearly knows his field. After working for hours to resolve multiple computer problems, he was able to resolve 8 of my 10 issues, leaving two to be remotely managed by HP and Microsoft. I truly value the many additional "hints" provided by Ryan to avoid future problems. He might want to produce a "cheat sheet" for his clients, as he has some great ideas. Finally, he is just a very pleasant and helpful person by nature. Definitely will call upon him in the future.
