I have had many experiences with electrolysis, including one LTR which was wonderful, but came to an end because I moved out of state. After trying available practitioners in Pierce County area over the years, and feeling disappointed, I am pleased to report I am ready to settle down again! I was thrilled with my treatment; was customized to my body and relatively painless. Nanci is knowledgeable, professional, clean, and quite lovely in general. I will be back!

She also gave me advise on what to do and how to care for my face. Very memorable visit which I truly appreciated! I've long been going to Nanci on Pacific Ave, and I always liked the cozy, friendly atmosphere there. But the new spa's decor is incredible... breathtaking... you will LOVE it! Best of all, Nanci's friendly but professional service is the same as ever, and she makes it as painless and easy as it can possibly be. She really knows what she's doing! I wouldn't consider ever going to anyone else.

Nanci is the best at her job!!! I have been to at least 4 others for electrolysis over the years and not only is she the best, she is also the most affordable. I cannot say enough good things about her. Electrolysis is not the funnest thing to have to go through but she makes it as relaxing and easy as possible. I will be a client for as long as I need her!

This was my first experience with electrolysis and I had no idea what to expect. I was a little late for my consultation, but felt totally welcomed when I arrived. Since it was a consultation, various areas were treated so that I would know what to expect in the future should I decide to continure. All of my questions were answered and I didn't feel pressured to make any follow-up appointments. Honestly, I can't wait until my next appointment...

Going to Nanci was one of the best decisions I ever made - she has literally changed my life. I was too ashamed to show my face in public without first spending an hour and a half plucking. But plucking only made it steadily worse! Now I can finally look people in the face without worrying that they're secretly eying unsightly hairs and judging me. Nanci sincerely understands how I feel. Her deft skill is just right for my sensitive skin, too - I wouldn't go to anyone else!

i have been having electrolysis done by Kristen with Nancy sometimes popping in. Kristen has done an excellent job. They are always careful about keeping things clean which is important with this. Also they will change to concentrate on areas that I deem important. Also they know a lot about hair so it is good to listen to their advice.

Nothing is too embarrassing when it comes to Nanci, and believe me, I know. She doesn’t force her services onto you tells you of your options and outcomes. Make the call, put all fear and embarrassment behind you. One of the best things I've done for myself in a long time! Nanci makes you comfortable as you walk in the door. My embarrassment of my facial hair kept me from doing anything to change it. I wasn't going to admit to anyone I could grow hair on my face! My Vietnamese name is Anh. I had electrolysis done on my eyebrown, and my under arm. I really like how she did my under arm, all the hair are gone. I found her to be very honest. She was the first electrolysis who notice my eyebrown grown downward and she is going to buy a wax to help my train my eyebrown grow upward. Nanci was very gentle on my eyebrown skin, when the section was over my skin did not even look red all......I will be coming to see her until all the hair are gone..............

I had to experience this for myself. I was told that I would have scarring, and that since I am African American, that I would have discoloration.....NOT TRUE! My skin is actually being saved by Nanci! This is affordable and worth a try! I am gaining confidence and no longer have to hold my hand over my chin when I am having a conversation......try it, try it try it!!!!

I signed up immediately. I’ve always been a waxer and a plucker. Lately I’ve been getting more & more ingrown hairs and increased scarring. I’m ready for a permanent solution for my stray hairs.
