I didn't know Charles before, so I was pretty worried if all the great reviews were true. Well they are! He is fantastic. Very gentle, friendly, detail oriented. He did exactly what I asked him and did a fantastic job. My hair was damaged from bad bleaching with dark roots. He turned it into healthy shiny sun kissed hair. He gives head massage as nobody else. The salon is simple & cool & clean. I'm definitely coming back.
