Great first visit

I've had a lot of hamstring, glute, quad, lower back pain from weight lifting consistently for a couple of years now. I assumed the lower back pain was from tight leg muscles but no matter how much I stretched or foam rolled the soreness would not go away. I was surprised that Dr. Khong mentioned the root of the problem was an anterior pelvic tilt - something I knew I had but never though would cause these side effects. After 1 session I felt SO different just standing up. Leg tightness gone!
