Like going home for the holidays
I have been a Patient of Dr. Archuletas for years now and I find that going into Doctor Chandlers and Archuletas office is really like going to visit Family or good Friends, the warmth and feeling of caring is genuine and consisitent, it always has been. I would highly recommend this Doctors Office for Professional Medical Care.

A First Class 1st Class Medical
Yesterday was my first visit to Aviation Medicals and Dr. Archuleta and I couldn't be happier to have made the switch. From my very first impression-- the ability to make an appointment and fill out the FAA forms on-line-- I was impressed. The office is well-organized and staffed with friendly folk, Dr. Archuleta is extremely pleasant and attentive, and while I was there I felt that she and her staff were dedicated ensuring I was taken care of. All around great job!

The Best
I've had 2 previous AME's and Dr. Archuleta is the best. I was in and out in 15 min. I should have provided some documentation from the FAA and I forgot to bring it and she went above and beyond to contact the FAA and have a copy of my letter faxed to her office.

Doctor Archuleta was is very interested and my health. She gave me advice on some measures that I could take to improve my well being. I smoke and she gave me some very very good advice on how to quit. I will try and take her advice. She instilled my confidence that she was doing the best for my well being. she did an excellent job on my physical, giving me advice on how to improve my health.

Dr. Archuleta is great!
Dr. Archuleta is a caring AME. The FAA in their infinite wisdom decided that I now need a special issuance medical, and Dr. Archuleta walked me through the process and made sure I had all the paperwork she needed in order to get my medical issued in a timely manner. She rocks!

We still have a Dr. on the pilots team
Dr. Chandler's shoes were hard to fill. Thankfully Dr. Archuleta was able to continue the caring for the pilot attitude and has the professional medical skill to deal with the FAA . As a 72 year old retired pilot who's medical was 4 years lapsed and dealing with medical issues, I can highly recommend Dr. Archuleta.

Wonderful experience
Dr. Auchouleta obviously cares about you as a patient. You get the feeling that you are her only patient that day. I wish I could make her my Primary Care Physician, but I prefer to keep that Dr. and my AME separate for obvious reasons. Tip: She also can do FAA Medicals out of a clinic on Redwood Road near the airport. Don't do it, it is worth the drive to her office to avoid the crowds of injured workers and having to endure the eye test in a hallway by a 19 year old clinic assistant.

This is where you go to get your medical for sure.
Ok we are all very busy we do what we can when we can, not all of us has the ability to schedule everything in and get everything done. This is where you go to get it done professionally and quickly with friendly staff and helpful doctor not to mention the awesome flying memorabilia in there office. I was in and out in 30 and wanted to stay all day. Enough said.

Dr. Archuleta is a very professional, and friendly person! She cares about you. I told her I have anemia problem and after medical was done she kept reminding me to go back to my doctor to check if my anemia problem has improved or not. She Is Top Notch
I've been grounded for over a year due to a coronary artery problem. Dr. Archuleta remembered me from over a year ago when I had my last 1st class physical, and she was eager to help me get back to work by expeditiously getting my latest physical results to the FAA and matching them with the records sent by the ALPA doctors. She seemed genuinely concerned about my desire to get back to flying, and she was very knowledgeable about what I was going through.

It was punctual and professianal. The office staff was very polite and helpful. Dr. Archuleta was great. She was helpful and understanding. This was my first medical. I wasn't sure what to expect but she was very clear with her instructions and patient with my lack of knowledge. My father is retired from the medical field and so I have respect for the profession and felt that she was very respectful aswell. I never felt uncomfortable during the exam. Dr. Archuleta and staff were extremely efficient and very friendly. I've been to several other AMEs over the years; many of whom have a rather cavalier attitude about the fact that your medical certification and continued livelihood are inseparable. I definitely felt that Dr. Archuleta will do her utmost to be a pilot's advocate in this regard. A 2 hour drive to her office from my home was well worth the trip.

Well worth the drive from Park City. Very efficient office staff. They make the FAA paperwork a breeze. Dr. Archuleta gets you in and out, but will take time for any questions or concerns. The only negative used to be the office hours, but those have expanded. The new online reservation system is GREAT!

No Better Place to get a Medical
Dr. Archuleta's practice is great for a number of reasons; Easy online scheduling, there is never a wait, and she takes the time to answer any questions you may have. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I absolutely love the convenience of online scheduling. Dr. Archuleta is an extremely competent and compassionate physician whom I highly recommend. She is not only an excellent flight surgeon, but also a physician for family practice needs. Great to have her!

Most convenient scheduling I've ever had.
Dr Archuleta did a thorough review on my physical. I got my flu shot during the same visit for a nominal charge. Very pleasant office staff. Doing the scheduling on the internet makes it easy to choose a time that is mutually convenient.
