    Bathroom Remodel

    Case Handyman was our second consultation for a bathroom remodel. The owner John Leach, arrived on time and was extremely professional. He took his time giving us the background of the company and their qualifications. He explained the process of a remodel and approximated timelines for the process. John took his time taking measurements and has a very good understanding of what we want. We appreciated his throughness and are anxious to receive the proposal

    1st Consultation

    We had our first consultation with Ed Dudley and we enjoyed the whole experience. Ed helped us firm up plans for a bathroom make over, with good information and ideas beyond our initial thinking. We are looking forward to seeing Ed's proposal, and moving ahead.

    Pretty good

    We had the Case guy come out to make some repairs and give us an estimate on building a playhouse. We're still thinking about whether to go forward on the playhouse but the the repairs were done great and reasonably priced.

    Friendly, knowledgeable, and not too salesy

    The Case guy was out last weekend and so far we are pretty pleased with their setup. He was really knowledgeable and gave us some ideas to think about to save money on the project. We will need to think about how we will proceed with the project but I think we'll end up using Case once we know what we are doing.

    The Case representative was on time, helpful and knowledgable about our remodel needs. He did a great job visualizing our needs and what Case could do for us. He answered my questions very thoroughly and honestly. I was very happy with our Case representitive .and his extensive knowledge of the process.

    We had a Case representative out last week to give us an estimate. He was on-time and friendly. We talked through several options and he gave us great feedback about our situation and what to do next.
