Holly is the Queen of brow waxing in my opinion. I've been to enough other practitioners in my life to feel confident enough to say this. I have been going to Holly for years and always leave feeling rejuvenated. My skin is often allergic to conventional facial products but I have never reacted to Holly's products because she uses an organic skincare line that she has developed herself. My favorite is her facial scrub with corn grits, it leaves your skin glowing! I recommend Holly to everyone...we are so lucky to have her in Ithaca.

This is a really good facial and Holly is a friendly, knowledgeable and relaxing therapist. I have a treatment every month and it keeps my skin in good condition. Also, I have quite sensitive skin and it never gets upset from the products, which are gentle.

You know Holly's work is magical when you doze off while the chocolatey mask is working its magic and the sound of your very own snores wake you up! So embarrassing but hey, it is what it is. My skin freaks out when I go too long between facials with Holly. There is something to be said about a facial with Holly because she is right, skin accepts product much better after a good facial. The whole process was uber refreshing and relaxing. She's just wonderful!

Holly's space is calming and wonderful. Holly waxed my brows and helped me shape them. During my facial she explained everything before it happened and left silence for me to relax. She checked with me at each turn to make sure that I was comfortable. After the facial Holly explained everything that she did and how I could continue the care at home. She also talked to me about what she noticed in my face as she did the facial and how I can care best for my complexion.

Scheduling is a breeze on the web -- my appt was for a Monday at 5:45 p.m.! How convenient to go after work! Lots of nice touches -- had a choice of healthy drinks to choose from before starting, the green smoothie was really good. The music was soothing and Holly was great company as she examined by skin and told me about what was in every product she used on my skin. Her followup email with suggestions for a skin regimen was extremely helpful. I am certain I'll be a returning customer.
