Melanie gave me a wonderful massage yesterday. She found all sorts of knots in various places that I wasn't even aware of having discomfort in. She released a lot of tension. Her touch is strong but also gentle, and she is a friendly, relaxed person who is a pleasure to be with.

Top-rate! Upbeat, professional staff. Small common spaces are well-arranged. The treatment room is airy & cozy with very professional (not clinical) furnishings. I was never chilly (a typical problem in such settings). Melanie balances active 'know how' with a 'Zen' demeanor quite nicely. She zeroed in on my hidden knots. I can feel the results 24+ hrs after my 1st 30-min session. Kudos!

I tried a deep tissue massage with Melanie. Do not underestimate her size for her strength. She did a great job and worked through my knots. I had Nohemi work on me before and both therapists are just incredible. I have tried other places but the therapists here have been the most attentive and understanding to their customers' needs!

I went for a neck, back and shoulder massage with Nohemi at the recommendation of a friend. I have never felt so cared for by a masseuse. She truly knew what my body needed and helped me get rid of all the tension and underlying pain. It was extremely relaxing as well. I will definitely be back.

Nohemi is the best.. I went in with back pain and she took the time to listen to my needs and gave me recommendations of what I would need. While she was massaging my back I would feel my muscles more relaxed. The room was dark and VERY relaxing. I really enjoyed my massage session and will be back for my friend!!!! She asked several times if the pressure was ok .EXCELLENT MASSAGE EVER AND FEELING GREAT!! I highly Recommend a massage with Nohemi .

This was my first time here, and I had a wonderful experience. The massage was super relaxing. The room was dark and quiet, and the staff was courteous and helpful. It's a little hard to find the place if you aren't familiar with the area, but the receptionist stayed on the phone with me until I found it. She even came outside to wave me down.

I have had hundreds of massages in my lifetime. The massage I had at ReNew was the best ever-- better than massages at some of the most beautiful spas in the country. Nohemi has that rare, healing touch that is so wonderful to discover in a massage therapist. I never fall asleep during a massage-- but I fell asleep during this one! It was incredibly relaxing. I will definitely be back!

I made my first visit to ReNew because I'd just gotten over yet another sinusitis bout. I made my appt to happen a few days after the usual antibiotic treatment. I was at the end of my rope, really. I searched online and ReNew was one of the only place to offer Sinus Massage close to me. Still, it was an hour drive. But I'm glad I went. I could feel the results days later. I re-visited 2 weeks later. And I'll be back. Highly recommended for sinus sufferers.

I absolutely loved the deep tissue massage I got from Noemi! I have cronic stiffness and tight muscules and any other time I have gotten what I thought was going to be a deep tissue massage it did nothing for me. Noemi was fabulous! She asked me about my issues first and then during the massage she really worked on my back and shoulders to relieve that tightness. I have never had such a great massage. Without a doubt I will return!

Nohemi sat with me before the massage and helped me choose exactly the right combination of essential oils to make me the most relaxed. I've been to a few places in this area and I have finally found the best place with Noehmi. She was friendly and let me the oils I wanted. I got a deep tissue massage and she really helped relieve some of the shoulder issues I have been having. I also loved her scalp massage and really knew what she was doing. She then gave me tips afterwards on what I can do at home to help alleviate the pain in my shoulders. She's great and will definitely be going back!

I am a Dental Hygienist that works long hours and I don't know if I could have kept practicing if I hadn't found Nehemi. She is the best massage therapist that has ever worked on my chronic sore shoulder/upper back/arm problems and is also is a very caring person. She is very good at massaging away muscle spasms to get a person out of pain fast and is very knowledgeable about the skeletal musculer system. I highly recommend her and anyone that she would trust to hire as a massage therapist.

This was a great massage. I am a little sore when I press on my muscles such as when showering, but feel fine. The massage was so relaxing I almost fell asleep and didn't want to move from the table even several minutes after the massage ended.

I have been experiencing severe lower back spasms. I had tried 2 Doctors and multiple medications. I was the Massage that relived my pain. I would highly recommend. I plan to visit again. What i also liked is they did not try to sell me any products. They just gave me recpmmendations for some OTC items and things to do to help the spasms from reoccuring. If I could give 10 stars I would.

The experience exceeded my expectations. A very knowledgeable massage therapist who cares for her patient's wellness and takes time to customize the massage. After months of having pain and discomfort in my leg and consulting with several doctors with no satisfactory results, the massage therapist at RENEW found the cause of my discomfort and worked on making it disappear. I was so happy to be able to walk down the stairs of her office comfortably, at the end of my very first session.

I bought a voucher for a massage at ReNew Therapeutic Massage Center and was very satisfied. The room was nice, check-in was easy and the aromatherapy was delightful. I upgraded to a deep tissue massage which not as intense as the Thai massage I usually get but it was, nevertheless, very helpful and addressed much of the tension in my upper back and calves. I was satisfied enough to book another session.

Both therapists are excellent because they are truly therapists. I have no interest in "beauty" spas that claim to offer massages. Renew is truly a place of respect and theraphy for bodies that are worn out and yet find it difficult to relax. The expense is certainly an investment in myself and although I can't have a massage as often as I would like, I always feel that it is money very well spent. Thank you.

Erica O'Brien was my massage therapist. She did a deep tissue massage with hand softening treatment. I have fibromyalgia and find that massage helps me relax and de-stress. Erica's touch was perfect, releasing my trigger points so that I felt relaxed all evening, even though I drove home during rush hour. I will be back.

The massage was very relaxing, and the foot treatment was amazing! I have some knots in my shoulder that actually got worse though, I am sure that is just the process.

a little hard to find; there is limited signage, but partly our fault since we didn't check out the directions on the website before hand. Very quiet atmosphere, the rooms are very comfortable with ambient lighting from the skylights. Loved the heated tables. It was the first time i had aromatherapy added to my session, and i think it was effective! very relaxing, and forced me to focus on breathing.

I bought the Groupon for the Aromatherapy Massage package and foot treatment. Their online booking system is easy to use and to see what's available. I would have like a lot more pressure, but I understood what I bought was not a deep tissue massage which is what I'm used to. Other wise the massage was relaxing and the aromatherapy a nice touch. Whatever oil they used was pretty awesome, my whole body was super soft when I left and not greasy and oily like most places.

Wow!!! The massage was fabulous! She really worked out all my kinks & paid attention to all of my tense areas. She didn't ask questions when I passed on the aromatherapy & reallly listened to my needs. The best part about the massage was everything from the warm room, warmed bed & soft sheets, dim lighting & serene music to the warm eye patch & pillow! I wasn't cold & enjoyed every minute! After the massage was over I was so relaxed I could hardly open my eyes! Can't wait to go bsck!!

I had a 45 minute Swedish massage and 15- minute scalp massage with Nohemi. It was a terrific experience, start to finish. I was new to massage and Nohemi was very helpful in explaining things to me both before and after. The massage itself was wonderful. Very relaxing. I enjoyed every minute of my 90 min massage. But the best part was that night when I slept better than ai had for weeks. My neck and back were so sore before the massage that I could barely turn my head. I felt better immediatly after the massage and even better the next day. No soreness from the deep tissue work. My husband and I both have never had a professional massage before and we went here for a 60 minute swedish couples massage and it was fabulous! We went on valentines day and they had the room decorated with rose pedals and had sparkling cider and chocolate covered strawberries for us after our massage. It was a nice little touch to make the event all that more special. Massage was wonderful and we were so relaxed afterwards. Everyone should experience this! :)

I visited ReNew last weekend and got a 90 min Deep Tissue Massage. It was wonderful. The pressure was perfect...not too hard and not too soft. I had a male masseuse and he was extremely professional. I have gone to Bliss in Los Angeles, I have gotten a massage on the beach in Cancun Mexico, and a couple others. But this was hands down the best one that I have ever gotten. I left there relaxed, refreshed and renewed. I would usually get massages maybe once a year most likely on vacations, however after my appointment I plan to become a regular.
