This was the first time i very did this kind of treatment. i was very anxious at find but the staff there makes you feel at home and relaxed. i encourage everyone to treat themselves to a healthier life. As soon as i left there i felt awsome.. rejuvenated, my bloating went down. It is very hard to discribe the feeling you get afterwards. you just have to expierience it youself:) Thank you Dean and Char for giving me the opportunity to change my LIFE to a healthier one:):)

I wasn't nervous when I went in for my first cleanse, but things didn't go as smoothly as I hoped. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient with me. They explained everything thoroughly and kindly. They helped me when I had issues. I was there yesterday and I'm going back today. I feel so good when I leave, especially knowing that I'm cleaning out all the bad, old waste from my body.

This was my first time doing a cleanse and they made it very easy and comfortable. I didn't get a lot out of it, personally, but the experience was one I didn't regret. I would recommend to anyone to try it once to see if you got a lot of crap up inside you - if not, no big deal. But if so, this is a great place to do it at. Give it a try!

I have been going to AGC for roughly a year now. The owner and her staff are very friendly and helpful. I will admit it seems the time has been cut down some from before but it is awesome to do this in privacy. It's easy and relaxing. I highly recommend AGC.

I have been cleansing for years, and this is by far the best facility I have ever used. They make it so easy and simple anyone can do it. If you have ever wondered if you should try a colonic, this would be the place to give it a try. It is totally private and extremely clean. You can even watch tv if you want while you cleanse.

I would recommend A Gentle Clense to anyone interested in colon hydroherapy. I felt very comfortable and everything was explained clearly. It really was a GENTLE cleanse. I will definatly be going back. Didn't much care for the dr. setting up a display in front of me (butt in my face) and not saying excuse me or even ackowledging me, But he's seperate drom a gentle clense. Char was very comforting and explained all very well.

I learned about GC more then 6 or more yrs ago , i had done it teice before to do my age and the possiblaty of cancer which I had heard so much of in the News , I first became aware of GC through an employee at work and how it help in the process of weight loss . I just recently have been looking to get back in to shape my Doctor advising me on having a Colon exam . So, its better to be safe the sorry down the road.

This was my first time and I was a amazed how I really felt 3 days later. Into the clease I started feeling very sluggish. Actually after 1 day, I felt better and its only got better day after day. During the clease I didn't think I would come back, because of how I felt. I will be back, the way I feel today is amazing. I have been going to A Gentle Cleanse for over 3 years and there is no where else I would go. They make the experience actually quite relaxing! As someone who suffers from Chronic Constipation a friend thought I should give this a try. After one treatment I lost weight, my stomach is flatter, I have more energy and I don't get bloated after I eat! I I can't wait to have my next cleanse....
