Minimal communication. "Mailbox is full" when you call after hours. No follow up 4 days before job is supposed to happen. I am very skeptical / worried that their too busy for me. I'll be happy to change this if my experience goes better than expected.

I called many painting companies to set up an appointment, none of them answered my calls. Patriot Painting Professionals answered on my first call and even sent me a email reminder. I will use them again.
