After just one session with John Nash on 5/4, my arthritic left elbow is completely mobile and pain free. I have been living with the pain for the past year and methods I've tried didn't seem to help. I've tried medications, therapy, body work, etc. Not only I can tie my hair in a pony tail but also I carried two grocery bags today! Guess on which arm? One on each arm! I feel balanced, confident, grounded, and happy. I can't imagine what will happen to me when I'm done with 10 series. Thanks JN!
