Relaxation and Pain Relief
I was given the massage with Ariana as a gift and it was a "gift." I had a pinch in my neck and she totally relieved it. The whole massage was strong but not too deep. It was very relaxing and I really loved it.

fantastic bodywork
that massage was fantastic. my janky neck is no longer janky, and the crazy series of knots i had in my back are all worked out. nothing hurts, everything works, and i feel fantastic.

ariana is the best

Effective, Knowledgeable & Friendly!
I went to see Ariana yesterday for some neck issues resulting from an injury over a year ago. I left feeling pain-free, rejuvenatated, and with more movement in my neck than I've had in a long time. Why did I wait so long to see her?!? Ariana knows her stuff and is super friendly. Highly recommended. I'll be back next month!

What a wonderful experience! I received a gift certificate to see Ariana and thought I would just go in for a relaxation massage. In talking with Ariana she zeroed in on pain in my arm from an old injury and worked on the scar tissue. She increased my range of motion and lessened my pain. Wonderful! Thank you so much!

More then I expected
Ariana THANK YOU so much. I went to see her for a Craniosacral massage. I don't have the words to describe how my treatment went. What I can say is I will be going back for more. If you have been thinking about getting this kind of treatment go see Ariana you won't regret it. If you have never heard of it google it you will be amazed at the benefits

Amazing
Ariana is amazing, she listens to what your needs and goals are. Then together formulates a plan to acheive those goals. She is gentle and tender when need be and agressive and focused when need be. I have made such huge improvements since adding massage therapy to my physical therapy regimen. I would recommend it for anyone who is recovering from an injury or has chronic pain issues.

Magical Powers!
After getting treatment for my shoulder/neck 3x a week for 2 months from someone else, I came to Ariana. She is a miracle worker! She honed right in on the problem and I had immediate relief. Now, instead of requiring treatment 3x a week for relief, I come in to see Ariana once every 2 months and am pain free between visits!
