  Includes a consultation at no charge to you. If further examinations are necessary, cost will be discussed with you and payment is expected at the time of service. X-rays may be ordered after full Chiropractic, Orthopedic, and Neurologic exams.

  Chiropractic adjustments with physiotherapy.
• Consultation
  This is brief encounter to determine the need for Chiropractic care.
• Report of Findings ($55.00)
  The purpose of this visit is to review findings from examinations, go over the treatment plan, and to receive your first adjustment.
• Adjustment ($30.00)
  Chiropractic adjustment only.
