    Great!

    Dr. Legate always takes great care of me! As a competitive figure skater, when I fall it is never the same way, which means Dr. Legage has to chage how he treats me each time. He is always able to identify which side is out of whack and put me back together....I also like how he gives me preventative techniques like stretching ideas etc...

    It is my pleasure to write a review for Dr. Legate. Not only is he very diligent and determined to ease the pain of his clients but also he does it with extreme professionalism and compassion. He takes time to discuss my issues and explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. He is eager to educate his clients to help them avoid future injuries as well. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who desires freedom of movement without pain.

    Moment of Gratitude

    Thank you Dr. Legete! I forgot that my lower back didn't have to hurt all the time, was just living with the pain. Preparation meets opportunity! Dr. Legete prepares the surrounding tissue, joints and muscles so the adjustment can be much more accurate to the area that is in need.The result was lasting relief. I highly recommend Dr. Legete as a practitioner.

    Great Service

    Dr Legate treated me when he worked in Boston and I made the trip up to Salem for help with a new injury after not finding a comprable chiropractor in the city. He was well worth the drive. I am already feeling better after one visit. If I didn't know it before, I know it now that I am attached to Dr Legate's services as I am to my hairdresser - once you find someone this good at what they do, you can't go anywhere else and you pray they never leave!! :)

    Best Chiropractic Care on the North Shore

    8 months ago, I arrived at Dr. Legate's office, barely able to walk. After 3 adjustments, I was back to my normal posture. I continued to see Dr. Legate once a month since then, and have successfully maintained a healthy back! Thank you Dr. Legate!!!

    great experience

    Dr. Lagate is quite personable while sticking to the science and art of chiropractic care. I particularly like him, as a dancer myself for over 30 years, and know that he understands my physiology. When I am on the North Shore I will definitely see him, and wish he was still in Boston!

    Great!

    I went for a consultation with Dr. Legate yesterday. He was fabulous and patient with me and did a lot of testing and gave me a prescription for an Xray. Far above and beyond better than the last chiropractor I saw

    Great Treatment

    I have been to a chiropractor before, but Dr. Legate is by far the best I have seen. I came to him after being in a very small car accident. He is very thoughtful in his process and also has a lot of knowledge that has helped me as a patient. This is definitely the best care I have had and my neck and back pain has decreased significantly.

    Amazing Doctor

    Dr. Legate is an amazing chiropractor. His adjustments to my back and ankle have provided me with much less pain and discomfort. If it weren't for him, I'd still be in chronic pain and my quality of life would not be as good as it is today. Thank You dr legate!

    Great care!

    I had received some chiropractic care before, but Dr. Legate is excellent. He not only adjusts my neck and spine but reset a sprained ankle, and works my muscles with a soothing balm. He is very knowledgeable and explains his work and recommendations clearly. I would absolutely suggest others see Dr. Legate too.

    Life Saver

    If it were not for Dr. Legate, I would not have recovered from a hip injury . I had been seen by doctors and physical therapists, but the pain would not subside. After one session with Dr. Legate and I was pain free enough to hit the ice again and continue my skating career! Now, I see him for maintenance either weekly or bi-weekly and he keeps my body in perfect shape so I don't get injured again! He is so professional and so knowledgeable. I couldn't skate without him!!

    Effective Relief

    I have been seeing Dr. Legate for a couple of months and he has been very helpful in giving me back my mobiliy. I have seen many chiropractors over my years and Dr. Legate definitley is up at the top. The fact that he is an athlete as well is an added bonus.

    Great first experience!

    I had never had chiropractic care before and was pleasantly assured that this was exactly the kind of treatment I've been looking for. Dr. Legate was extremely helpful in introducing me to the practice by explaining the specifics of the treatment and benefits. I also really appreciated his use of technology by using iPad/iPhone apps to measure my current posture in order to track progress. I'm looking forward to further adjustments.

    Dr. Legate is a wonderful healer.

    I came to Dr. Legate with a fear of chiropractors and an inability to stand straight without pain. Dr. Legate was gentle and patient, explaining what was going on and what would help. I have had great results. I am moving better and with greatly reduced pain due to his care. I will continue to see him regularly for maintenance. Thank you.

    Five stars is not enough

    Dr Legate is not like any other chiropractor I have been to for my chronic back pain, migraines, and other injuries. He genuinely listens to my questions and answers them in a way that I can understand. He not only does adjustments but also muscle work which helps the adjustments last longer. Before seeing him, I was having migraines almost 3 times a week. Since seeing him, the migraines have reduced considerably. If you're looking for a chiropractor, he is definitely the person to see.

    Wonderful experience

    I came to Dr. Legate in a great deal of pain with a chronic condition that I've had for several years. He spent a lot of time with me explaining several options to help heal my body. He also instructed me on different exercises which after my first visit with him has relieved much of my pain. I look forward to continuing with him and feel hopeful that I - with time - will be back to a normal way of life -pain free.

    Excellent Chiropractic Service

    I have been seeing Dr. Legate for 6 months now, since I first went to him with back and neck complaints. He has worked with me to help me overcome acute pain, and now helps me maintain a healthy back and neck. He is very professional and thorough, and the relief from the adjustments is huge,also he recommends stretches for me to do in my own time to keep my 'problem areas' from recurring. I intend to keep seeing Dr Legate for treatment as part of my general health plan for the foreseeable future

    I have had excellent care during the last month. Dr. Legate has explained in detail what the problem is and how we are going to work on it. It is a genuine partnership between doctor and patient and every step has been helpful. Dr. Legate treats the whole person, not just the problem.

    Amazing!

    I injured my hip flexor and aductor last season and was off the ice for the season. I saw many doctors and had no pain relief. We found Dr. Legate through a referral made by my Physical Therapist and after my first treatment I had pain relief for the first time. I was back on the ice that same week and was finally on my way back to becoming competitive. This would not have happened without Dr. Legate's attention to detail and his amazing skill. I see him regularly for injury prevention.

    Professional and experienced

    I am a dancer with the Boston ballet and I see Dr. Legate regularly as maintenance for keeping my body healthy and free from injury. I have also seen him for specific injuries. In both cases, Dr. Legate has been professional and treated me with respect and listened to my concerns seriously. His treatments are thorough and adjustments are often accompanied by soft tissue work. Everytime I have seen him I have come away feeling more fluid with my movement and healthier in general.

    Recreation Chiropractic Off to a Great Start!

    I recently visited Recreation Chiropractic for a New Patient Consultation. Dr. Legate was very thorough and patient in working with me. He really took his time to work with me and let me know what he thought the best course of treatment would be for my injury. I am quite excited to work with him further.
