I switched gyms because my insurance pays for it at Element and my other gym doesn't any longer. While I was happy where I was I like Element better. It's convenient and has everything I need. I almost wish I hadn't had the free massage, though. That may have to become a regular thing.

Great facility with lots of equipment

I like that, even when busy, they have plenty of equipment and weights so not to impede my workout. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean, well maintained and orderly. I had a great massage by Angie who gave me some stretching tips to help loosen muscle tension.

Everything about this gym is great! I trained with Joe for a couple months. He's great! He really pushed me to do my best while being cautious to not irrate my past injuries. And I've taken what he taught me and I'm still benefiting from it in my workouts. I get regular massaged from Stephanie and she helps make my workouts even more effective by keeping my muscles in good shape!

I just joined and love this gym! I've been a member of other mainstream gyms and I have to say Element is the best hands down. Their aqua fitness schedule is the best, with great people and instructors who care. It is a warm, welcoming and accepting environment for all body types, which is so vital! Their massage services in Studio Element are top notch and the perfect compliment to a stressful day to help you unwind and recenter.
