Jess, owner of LuvNailz, is The Master of nail art. She is a sought-out teacher and has been featured in nail salon magazines. If you are tired of the incompetent techs. who have fake licenses and who bruise your nails with white lines, then you'll want to switch, like I did. I've been going to Jess for over a year now, and this is the best experience I've ever had.

No other product or nail tech can do what Jess does, and she certainly has me as a lifelong customer. Her salon is adorable too! You could not ask for a better nail tech for GEL Nails. I have been going to Jess for almost two years and could not be happier!! I get compliments daily on my nails! I had never tried these before since I am not really into the nail extensions....but gel nails are an entirely new thing! They are thin and beautiful! They don't scratch, lift, or break. Jess is amazing! She is truly an artist! Worth trying out!

Never got my nails done regularly before. since i work retail i destroy my nails. jess has proven to me that gel nails are indestructable! i will continue to come to Salon Bella as long as jess works there! she is a good listener of my needs for my nails. in addition, good company while i spend my time there.

I have always had acrylic nails on for the past 20 years and consequently my natural nails are horribly painful and destroyed. With the help of Jessica I am now proud of my nails and my hands. I like Salon Bella...the people were welcoming and the nail technician was very skilled in the gel fill. I would only recommend that for new customers, there be instructions on where to park. I was late for my appointment, while searching for a parking garage and had to pay $7.00. I wasn't told they validated parking in their garage (which I wasn't informed existed).

I had gel color done when I was in Arizona and wanted it again when I came back to Bellevue. As it turns out, Jess was the instructor to the gal that did my nails in AZ. She does a great job, is very nice and the salon is very nice as well. The underground parking is also validated, which I appreciate.

I sure do! For about 5 weeks my nails look spectacular! People take notice to my nails everyday. Jess is exceptional at what she does along with being professional and creative.
