The online scheduling, and follow up, were excellent. The person who did the work was thorough and very considerate about minimizing the mess related to the leaking pipe. His assessment for follow up was off base. Gave us a worse case scenario that the follow up restoration person explained was not necessary. Overall we were very pleased with the quick response and the work done. We would use Spartan again and recommend them.
