A mediation held with one or more attorney's present with their clients. $100.00 per hour. -
Mediation without Attorneys
Mediation session in which neither party has an attorney who will accompany them to the mediation. $100.00 per hour. $100.00 deposit required. Deposit will be applied to mediation fee. Non-refundable. -
Eighth District Mediation
Books for entire day for travel - Note the beginning time and location of case. $100.00 per hour.

Frankly, Kathy Elton is a steal at the rate she charges for mediation. I've told her she should raise her rates, but I think she keeps them where they are because she's personally invested in helping people solve tough problems. And she gets it done. 5 stars because each is well deserved.
