My back had seized and I experienced stabbing pain with any movement. I called Mark and he was able to see me right away. His method of ART (Active Release Techniques) improved my condition within a week. My pain level reduced significantly and movement increased. I would highly recommend him.

I have been struggling to heal from some injuries from running a marathon. After seeing mark twice he was able to fix some of the issues but also identify what was causing my discomfort in my knees. I changed a few simple things with my running form and it has improved everything by leaps and bounds. Mark is the perfect person to help get me back on track and become the frequent long distance runner that I want to be.

I have been going to Mark for a number of years for hip and back problems, the result of too much sitting in front of a computer. I've had much better luck w/Mark and ART than traditional massage. He's able to pinpoint the problem and work it in such a way that I reachieve mobility.

After acquiring a sharp pain in my heel and ankle, I knew it was time for me to see Mark. He quickly pointed out that what I thought might be a muscle tear, was actually an aggravated nerve. And the source was not my heel, it was my shoes. An hour later I was pain free...and shopping for shoes! Hats off to Mark and his extensive knowledge of A.R.T. therapy. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for permanent relief of their pains.

I developed extreme soreness in my right elbow from pickleball. Went four visits to a physical therapist with no results. After one visit with Mark soreness was much better and after the last (3rd) visit, almost no soreness. Also fixed a hip flexor that had been a problem for 4 months.

It is evident Mark really knows what he's doing. He asked me about other "ouchy" areas as he said they may be related to the issue I came in for. Very thorough. I ran pain free afterward for the first time in awhile. I also enjoyed that he said he didn't want me as his patient for long. Hope to be rid of him soon. :-)

Mark divided his time between my left knee and my hips. and applied a spider tech tape to the knee. I don't remember my knee ever feeling this great, and my right knee, which had less discomfort, is yelling "Me too, me too!"

Mark is a great healer. No matter what my strange injury, he can fix it, he's so good I usually only need to see him twice and then I am good until I hurt myself again. I have major wrist problems and he used techniques that really helped. I've been through acupressure(typical) but his is more detailed and precise. Totally worth the trip and a nice person too. My wrist is going to take some time but I'm much more confident it will heal properly now.

I suffered and was hospitalized with vertigo due to a pulled muscle in my neck. It is imperiative that I keep this area calm, and out of distress. Active Therapeutics works well with my chiropractor to keep this area loose and pain-free without prescription drugs!

Mark is always spot on in relieving my aches and pains! After trying numerous people for relief from an old injury Mark finally made it go away. Now I go in for a "tune-up" or if I sustain a new injury. I can't imagine Bend without him and his knowledge; it would be a tragedy to lose him as one of Bend's best care proviers.

The Ashiatsu massage Carrie gives is excellent! She is able to give a much stronger massage that normal and yet she was able to go right to my tight spots and work on them in particular. I especially liked that she included my hands which had been very sore.

I have been working with Mark with my back which has been giving me terrible pain. Along with my hips, knees and most everything else you can think of. At first I wasn't really sure what to expect. But, just after 2 sessions I'm completely free of pain. As an athlete, I always knock things out of place or pull something, and Mark and Carrie are always there to fix me up. I'll be going in for my first massage with Carrie next week. Thank you so much you guys!

I was reccomended to see an ART therapist for some golf improvement to help with my immobility of my right side. In just my 1st session I was able to regain movement. They really care about the customer! Highly Reccomend! No pain or discomfort either, very nice owners.

I can't believe how being taped has lessened the pain in my frozen shoulder by so much! It feels better than it has in the three months since the pain started. Now I can do the therapy exercises with much more comfort and I can also sew again for several hours at a time. It feels like my shoulder is getting a warm hug all the time. Thank you so much!

I can't remember the last time I didn't have pain in my shoulders and neck . Even the orthopedists have said to avoid surgery. After hearing about Mark through several friends (and wondering what all the hero worship was about) I finally went to see him when my pain became intollerable. THE NEXT DAY I HAD NO PAIN IN MY SHOULDER! Almost freaky. I'll make a couple appts. knowing that I want to keep it this way. Wow.

I have had random and unexplained (by MD's) pain in my ankles for years and heard about Mark from one of his other successfully treated patients (an Evel Knievel impersonator). With 2 visits I went from excruciating pain to none at all. I had to go back again after a year for the same issue but he fixed the problem again when no one else could. Thanks Mark!
