Knowledgable and reliable

Mark helped me minimize the pain from a chronically sore hamstring just weeks before one of my "A" running races and provided analysis that will help me deal with that problem long term. He's extremely knowledgable about running injuries and accurately diagnosed my problem. Before my miles ramp up this summer I plan to see him again to examine my running mechanics deficiencies. His work with elite athletes gives me the confidence that he's the person to address my problems.
