    Excellent Experience

    I usually do not get massages, but my back was hurting and my wife encouraged me. Erica took the extra time to explain the structure of the back and potential causes for my discomfort. The massage was very relaxing and Erica was very professional. I highly recommend her.

    I often come to Erika with something pinching or pulling in my muscles. Erika listens and figures out how best to treat the problem. I always feel better when I leave. I have hyper mobile joints and she works well with that, making sure to do no damage while releasing the tight muscles.

    Great as usual

    Had my third massage by Erika. I was so relaxed I couldn't tell my right side from my left when she asked me to turn a certain way. She listens to my complaints and tailors the massage to me. I slept like a baby last night.

    Erica is awesome!

    A year and a half ago I suffered a physical injury that left my left side numb and affected my vision. Her extensive knowledge of anatomy has aided in my rehabilitation and recovery. When I first arrive for an appointment Erica takes the time to evaluate my condition, then she customizes the massage based on that pre-assessment. Erica always makes me feel very comfortable and reminds me to tell her if I feel any discomfort at any time. I look forward to my next appointment!

    Brilliant

    Amazing and one of the best

    My husband and I have been seeing Erika for some time now and have not found another massage therapist as through and as good. She's very responsive and listens well to the customer unlike other massage therapists who have their own agenda of what they want to do.

    Very responsive massage therapist

    Erika is an excellent massage therapist. She listens well, which is very reassuring when one has physical disabilities as I do. She'll converse with you if you talk to her, or keep silent when you don't. She's very pleasant. She has a wide range of massage techniques to draw upon and is very good at all of them them.

    The best. Very knowledgeable and paid special attention to a couple of specific problems areas I had with respect to my shoulder and knees. I was able to see some improvement in mobility the next day. Also provided be with some very helpful information on stretching and anatomy mechanics that I can use to improve my personal workouts.

    Massage

    Excellent massage therapist. Erika is the best masseuse I have ever worked with. I am a long distance runner, a mom of 2 little boys, and a full-time designer working on the computer all day, thus, my muscles take a beating. My muscles have always felt refreshed and more relaxed and limber after having Erika work on me. I highly recommend Erik for your next massage. She is truly the best!!

    A slice of heaven

    I had the privilege of a massage with Erika the day after doing an 11 mile training run! Erika was attentive to my sore legs and spent lots of time working on them. She has a wonderful attention to detail and it was an incredible massage! I would highly recommend her!

    Great Therapy

    I am currently in PT for a neck injury that occured some time ago. They suggested I get some extra massage on the side to help relax my muscles in the neck and shoulders. Erika was able to zoom in on the trouble area, work it with appropriate force, and manipulate the tight spots to a point of relaxation. it was great.. I plan on a few more visits till we get this problem under control......

    A Truly Therapeutic Massage

    The massage I received from Erika last night helped to relieve long-held tension and to balance the relationship between my muscles and bones. She used her blend of knowledge from massage and yoga to place my body into yoga poses while working to untie my muscles and open up my joints. I feel great today!

    No more pain!

    Erika works wonders. Last Tuesday I was having pain between my shoulder blades that was took my breath away. My wife made me an appointment on Thursday afternoon. We sat down went over my history of multiple surgeries when I lost my leg and she got to work. It is the best message I have had. She was gentle yet firm with her touch. After the message I did not have any more pain and was relaxed. I am still without any pain. I have found my new masouse. Thank you very much Erika!!!

    Good results

    My son had Erika work on his neck and shoulder area, knots that were causing headaches. He is much looser today and very happy with the results. I saw her about a month ago and was very happy with my results. She worked on some trigger points that were very painful and they are calmed down still after a month. She listens to what is bothering you and tailors the massage to what you need. She is a very skilled practitioner.

    Worth every penny!

    I haven't felt this loose in months. Too many activities: working out, riding my bike, martial arts and sitting at the computer all day, adds up to a very sore and tired body. Erika is awesome, she was able to clear up my leg, back, neck and arm pain in a single session. Now I only need to figure out how I can see her once a week instead of once every several months!!

    A truly wonderful experience

    There are massages, and then there are Massages. When I had the first opportunity to experience Erika's technique (now almost 6 years ago) I came to feel the difference between someone who really cares about the outcome and other massage therapists who just do their job.     The best hands ever

    I have had many massages from many practitioners over the years and Erika is by far the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. She takes the time to learn what my body needs, doing research away from the massage table and applying new effective techniques. She has the best hands in massage.     Knowledgeable and Intuitive

    I have just experience an hour and a half of sheer bliss. In the capable and experienced hands of Erika Meir, who was able to identify a trigger point causing major tention and cramping in my back. I have been suffering for many months until yesterday.     Pack up all your cares and woes....

    Erika is amazing! Her massages are more than the standard massage in that she integrates her vast understanding of Yoga postures & anatomy into the healing process. She will work at the depth you like, but if you like deep tissue work, as I do, she can really help your muscles lengthen and stretch. Yummy!

    Can't do without!

    Erika knows so well the anatomy of the human body, it's impressive! I have scoliosis and other back issues and as such I have very tight and uneven muscles. I find tremendous relief when she works on me. She is focused on problem areas without neglecting other parts of the body. She definitely makes other massage therapists look like novices!

    Magic Hands ~ Truly the best massage i've ever had....

    I've been to many massage parlors, had massages at various hotels. Definately one of the most thoughtful and kind women, she does an amazing job. Erika is slow, steady and strong. She does an amazing deep tissue massage and I loved all 90 minutes of it. I was given a gift certificate and went to see her - this gift will turn into habbit and I am scheduling a return in two weeks.
