• Refill Requests ($15.00)
  RETURN PATIENTS ONLY. Email or phone refill requests for herbs, supplements, or remedies. Shipping/handling costs will be added to all mailed refills. No S/H costs for office pick-up.
• Phone or Email Consult ($35.00)
