Living points was very nice and Jenna was an amazing massage therapist. However, I bought a 90 minute session and she only gave me 60 minutes. I did not say anything to her but felt like I should have. The only reason I do not give a 5 star rating is because of the extra 30 minutes I should have gotten.

Living Points is, by far, the most affordable and convenient accupuncture I have found in the Asheville area. I live in south Asheville and most other clinics are downtown or north of town. The location is perfect and the scheduling very flexible. The clinic is nicely kept and the staff are very nice and knowledgable. And again, the price can't be beat. I highly recommend Living Points for your health and well being. My health has improved since starting with the clinic 9 months ago.

I have had many massages and spent varying amounts of money...I must say that the massage I received from Jenna is absolutely the most wonderful I've ever had! I have shoulder pain and others have worked on it until it stayed sore for days...Jenna worked on it and it feels sooooo much better plus no soreness at all!! I highly recommend their services!

I walked into Living Points for an hour and a half massage with Jenna last Saturday. I felt terrible... was achy and had pain in my left hip. I told her about the problems and she helped work out the aches and pains. I felt 100% better when I walked out! After a hot Epsom Salt bath I felt good as new! Have visited 1 chiropractor, 1 massage therapist and 2 physical therapists. So far acupuncture is winning the cure contest. I've had two treatments and have been painless for the past 3 days. Am so happy that my massage therapist recommended Living Points. The practitioners are most pleasant, knowledgeable, and sincerely want to help you. I only wish the group clinic was a quiet space for better relaxing while needled. Conversations could be held in the outer entrance room prior to coming into sit and be treated. And if necessary to talk, at least to whisper out of courtesy of other clients. That is my only suggestion, otherwise very pleased so far.

Fantastic. It's the first time that I had AP here in Asheville, but it was great. I don't have serious issues, but rather a few things (joint related) that needed something - since a little physical therapy as well as supplements, stretching, etc wasn't getting anywhere. A great consultation and an hour in that chair, no kidding, had me feeling great all day, and it stuck. It was advised that treatments be weekly in order to get permanent progress, so you can bet that I'll be back. Wonderful!

When I talk w/ Alyssa about my stresses, I know she is a wise, caring soul. After 1 acupuncture treatment, my daily headaches stopped. The 2nd treatment took more of my stress induced pain away. I have had neck and should pain since August 2010 and after 1 treatment with Janet my shoulder pain is GONE. I have had 2 month of chiropratic treatmeants, my medical doctor sent me to physical therapy for 2 more months and still I was in pain. I have to thank my wife for suggesting I try Acupuncture. I started seeing Alyssa three weeks ago and felt immedidate results in my sinus and then my legs and hip pain because of bi-lateral hip replacements has just sort of vanished. I normally suffer with the change in barometric pressure as do many people with any type of joint replacement and or injury. I have been pain free for these three weeks and we have had several barometric fluctuactions that would have normally had me suffering .

I have been going to Alyssa for over a year, and she has helped me to remain balanced through several changes of season and ailments. I had always been afraid to have acupuncture because of the needles, but it doesn't really hurt and I always feel better afterwards.

I've only been a few times so far but have had pleasant results each time. I feel so relaxed and centered each time. This past visit, I had a sharp pain in my shoulder due to muscle strain. Alyssa used accupuncture in some certain spots and my pain went away. It was amazing! Alyssa has also been such a huge help as I try to get my health back under control. Thank you so much!!!

Alyssa has really helped fix the problem with my arm. It had gotten so bad before I came to Living Points that I had to use steroids 2 separate times. Now I don't use any medication and am much, much better!
