Fantastic as always
Shantel has been my massage therapist for several years. She has what I can only describe as a "healing" touch. I'm a runner and sometimes triathlete and the sports-focused massages are great!

Energy Balancing is the BEST!
I have had two sessions with Shantel for Energy Balancing. This is an experience that is wonderful, yet hard to describe. I will say that it is the most intense and therapeutic meditation I have ever done. It would not have been possible without Shantel's guidance. She creates an atmosphere of warmth and love that allows the energetic flow to occur.
If you have never tried something like this, give yourself the room to explore it. I promise you will be rewarded.

Great care!

Really relaxing & refreshing!
Thank you so much for all your compassionate care & assistance . I was relaxed all day and the tension in my neck & shoulders was much less pronounced. I could even feel that they were sore from releasing the tension that they had held! Oof. But that was good. I slept really well (some awesomely weird dreams about an artist friend of mine - I love making up art in my dreams. LOL) Anyway - I am sure you have a true gift in this area and I will encourage more people to try it.

Shantel is just incredible, and she is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She will listen to what you tell her about your needs, and try many different things to help you feel better. Shantel is gifted in intuitively finding the spots that need work.

Confused
I came in because of a recent lower back problem and a pinched nerve in my neck area from several years ago. Shantel had told me previosly she could probably fix that problem. She told me at the time, she would approach it from the fron clavicle area, but she never did. And the lower back area was completley ignored except for some pressure point kneading in my butt cheek area. At the end of the session, she thought I should get an MRI in my neck area. Not exactly what I was hoping for.

Very Powerful Healing Session
I took Shantel up on her offer of a complimentary healing session and had a an amazing experience (thank you, Shantel!). During my session, I could feel the energy moving. After my session, I experienced some additional energy shifts. Shantel is a gifted practitioner of massage, Reiki and energy healing, and I highly recommend her.

Simply wonderful!
I was fortunate enough to have been presented with a one and a half hour massage coupon as a birthday gift. I had never been to Shantal before but she came with rave reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Absolutely amazing. I had the integrative massage which combines Reiki and Swedish massage. Very powerful, I could feel the energy move while she was working. That night I couldn't stay awake, had the longest sleep and for the first time in a long time my sore places weren't sore anymore.

Highly effective massage by a very knowledgeable masseuse!
I have gone to Body Centered Therapy (Shantel) several times following back/leg pain due to injuries from my soccer workouts or running workouts. Shantel's knowledge of anatomy and extensive experience in working with athletes was obvious, and in a few visits I was back to full working order and back out on the field.

Great Tape!
I had injured my knee again and really needed to keep hiking in my regular workouts. Shantel taped it up and I hiked Mt. San Luis this morning virtually pain free. Thanks, again, Shantel! I love your office, too. :)

Wonderful Experience!

The Best Massage In Town or Anywhere
The Owner, Shantel, was so amazing. She really knows how to work out stressed muscles and chronic areas that need attention. She is so knowledgble and is very in tune energetically with the body. I would highly recommend her to any one and have bought several gift certificates for close friends who were also very pleased.

Post Back Surgery - Just what I needed
By far the best massage I ever had. From the beginning it felt as if it was about what my body needed and concentrating on where the issues were. Shantel's knowledge of the body is obvious and she is very skilled at working your muscles. I feel so much better today. And the atmosphere of her place is perfectly calming.

The best massage therapist I've ever been to!
I started seeing Shantel a few years ago after I was in a car accident. Her work is so good that I began to go for massage work for my other back and knee problems. There is nothing Shantel can't do! She even showed me some stretches I could do at home to work on my alignment problems. She is incredibly professional, kind, and reallyknows her stuff. Her massage room is relaxing and gives one a feeling of being as light as air. I cannot recommend Shantel strongly enough.
