  If you have seen Dr. Berg in the past, this is the type of visit for you.
• Chirop. Treatment + Extra Time
  Choose this treatment if you will be receiving acupuncture or need extra time with your treatment with Dr. Berg.

  If you are unsure what type of care might be best for you, or would like a chance to meet us, without any obligation, this is the type of visit for you.
• Functional Medicine Exam
  Functional Medicine is a comprehensive natural approach to chronic health conditions. In this time we review health history in detail as well as your functional medicine paperwork (available on our website) and begin to develop a treatment plan.
• Functional Medicine Followup
  This is time to update and review your Functional Medicine progress and treatment plan.
