Great Experience - will def return!
Lydia was very professional and easy to talk to. At the beginning she went over my health history and was focused on what I had mentioned to her. The massage was great! She really worked on my problem areas and the paraffin hand treatment was amazing! So relaxing! After the massage she told me how she felt a lot of tension on my left shoulder and I was amazed since I am left handed. Thanks Lydia for the amazing massage :)

So, for 16 years I've been dealing with Dystonia. I have gone through many treatments, and therapist. I have to say that Lydia was so professional so understanding and knowledgeable and the most strong person I have ever encountered. Great Massage
Loved my pre-natal massage -- wished it was longer. I've been to other well known (expensive) spas in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and this was by far the best right from the start. The room was serene & the location was convenient. I enjoyed being able to schedule an appointment online and received a reminder a few days before. Overall, this was a very positive experience for me and I will be back!

Great 1st Massage
I have never had a massage before and Lydia was very patient and explained the whole process to me. I was very nervous and anticipated every move she was going to make, but this was an awesome experience. The ambiance of the room and her focus on my problem areas was great. She told me what to expect after and all I had was a glow when I got home.

The best massage I've ever had!!!
I live in Texas and a coworker referred me to Lydia. I usually get 3-4 massages a year all over the country. The Sweedish massage from Lydia is probably the best massage I've ever had. Thanks Lydia, you're the best!

The 30min upper body massage was the best I've ever had. The studio was relaxing, the pressure was perfect and the hot towel at the end was great. I plan to have longer massage next time.
