Josh is a very good instructor as well as an excellent club fitter. He reminded me of things I learned about my swing many years ago but forgot. He then corrected the flaws and would not fit me for a new driver until my swing was consistent enough for it to make a difference.

I have been going to Josh for a couple of years during which I have taken lessons and he has made my clubs. Recently, I thought I was having problems with my swing but Josh determined it was not my swing but my setup. I applied his instructions at my next game and what an amazing improvement in the direction and distance in my ball striking. He is always on target in determining the problem and is very good at explaining & showing how to fix it.

I've been having a problem with my clubs reaching the distance that I had established. So, I set up an appointment with Josh and after a few swings and seeing my self on video, he pointed out that I was "casting" my club and not setting the lag. All of a sudden, my distance came back. So, before I go back for a follow up, I am working on drills setting the lag and releasing at the right time. I am excited and looking forward to tomorrow and put into action my lesson.

I called Josh for an appointment to help me figure out what I was doing to cause almost all of my golf shots to fade to the right. After just a few swings of the golf club Josh and with the aid of his outstanding computer program he pinpointed what I was doing wrong. By being able to instantly see the effect of these changes using computer generated ball flight I fully understood what I had been doing wrong and how these changes help me to correct them.

I recently had a great golf lesson from Josh. One of his main attributes is, he sees your faults and knows how to correct them. Josh knows the correct golf swing more than any golf pro I had lessons with. He does it in a low key way and I always feel very satisfied after I complete my lesson with him. Anybody who wants to lower his handicap I strongly recommend taking a lesson with Josh. Believe me you will be well satisfied.

Yesterday was my first experience and Josh tested my driver and irons and then my swing. He showed me that by matching the correct shaft with my swing I could add significant yards and accuracy. I played todayn and saw a marked improvement in both. I will see Josh in a week to complete the shaft matching and work on putting. Thank you Josh.

Took my first lesson with Josh last week and found the experience to be very productive. Josh identified the issues with my golf swing right away and provided the information needed to correct the problem. With a few trips to the range I have been able to re grove my swing to produce the results I was looking for. Josh also helped me with my equipment and discovered why I was having trouble with inconsistent distance control. Great job Josh thank you.

This is a "must do". I played golf immediatly after the putting analysis with Josh: 14 putts on the front nine (with 2 times 3 putts). Old putting flaw came back on the back nine but 35 putts in total for the round. Very encouraging!

Josh was able to pinpoint exactly the fault in my through swing in my putting stroke which was causing me to hit the ball out on the toe of the putter which was taking speed of my putts.He was able to provide a drill to correct the problem and I started hitting my putts in the center of my putter with better distance.

After the first session, Josh, using a computer based analytical system, was able to demonstrate why I consistently miss putts to the right. He added weight to my putter head, changed the grip and added counterbalance to the grip end. During my first round after the analysis, I still missed a few short putts to the right, but had a large improvement in total putts from my previous rounds. Some tweaking will be necessary at our next session.

I have the utmost confidence in Josh to help my golf game. 3 years ago, when I first went to him, at the suggestion of a friend, he improved my game with changes in the shafts of my irons and driver. I went from a 7 iron for 150 yds to an 8 iron for the same distance. My drives are a consistent 240 to 250+ yards. By the way, I am 70 years old.

I was not sure what to expect. There was no hard sell. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable . He spent time explaining what he was doing. He did help me to fix my driver flight and after playing a round of golf , the driver did everything he told me. My reccomendation would be take some golf lessons prior to getting fitted

My wife and I started with his Sam putting evaluation. We were doing everything wrong because we had the wrong putter set up. Josh adjusted everything what a difference. From there we decided to have him evaluate our drivers. It's really an evaluation of your swing plus your equipment . Josh asked me if I tended to hit my iron left a lot. I answered yes. He found that the lie of my iron were one degree to up right. He adjusted everything for my set and my wife. This man knows his stuff.

Josh is always so friendly and willing to help. I was having putting woes, and he had positive ideas to get me back on track. He loaned me a putter to try for a week or so and then checked my putting stroke on the monitor. After some analysis, he built and loaned me another belly putter to try. He has done all of this with no selling pressure. So if you need a new club , do see Josh first. He will take the time to get things right and make you happy.

Knowing that I wasn't getting the distance from my new irons the local pro suggested I schedule an app.'t with Josh to check them out. Josh had me go through series of hitting my irons to evaluate my swing, distance, speed, etc... He also measure for length and found the shafts too short as well as not being the correct shaft for my swing speed. After hitting 3 different graphite shafts we found the shaft that was right for me. Josh re-shafted my other irons and Iam very happy with the results

I've been going to Josh for about four years. Whenever I feel my game is going bad I go to Josh to reaffirm what is correct. He takes his time and works with your swing and abilities. He is also great where golf equipment is concerned. If you ask he'll recommend equipment changes but he'll never try to give you a sales pitch. He's truly there for you. What an effortless and pleasant experience. I came to have my lie angles checked. They were quickly measured and adjusted by Josh within 10 minutes. I decided to have my grips changed which only took another 20 minutes. They certainly know what they are doing and are customer friendly.

Another great experience. Josh fitted my irons a few years ago, and they were perfect. I now have done the putting analysis. Should have done it sooner. I thought I understood the physics of putting, but it turns out I didn't have it quite right. The analysis covers everything you could imagine about putting. It is well worth the cost. From now on I shall know exactly what to work on when things get a little shaky.

Josh and I met for the first time last week. I was preparing to order my Titlist AP2 712 irons and was considering changing my driver and 3 wood. I was very impressed by his knowledge and his equipment. I am very confident my new irons will be correct. Josh promises that he will double check my equipment when it arrives. It turns out my driver was the perfect club but, the shaft was all wrong for my swing. Josh ordered a Motore F3 for my driver and 3 wood. Great job Josh!

I was having trouble with the ball flight of my driver. Our Golf Pro suggested I visit Josh to have it tested. Although the shaft was labeled Regular, Josh's tests confirmed it was actually between Senior and Regular. After evaluating my swing - and thoroughly explaining the results - Josh fitted my driver with a new shaft and also adjusted my driver head's settings. I played today and am encouraged by the results. If you need help with your clubs - see Josh - you'll be happy you did.

Iwould have never guessed that the Driver I had been using was not a regular shaft as marked (R). After the evaluation, I left with a new shaft and grip and hit the ball 25 to 30 yards further on the carry! Wonder how out of wack other clubs are for my swing, trajectory and swing speed. Josh also had some game improvement tips that I am working on.

I went for a putting lesson. Josh has the most fantastic equipment I have seen,and knows how to use it to help one see what is right (and less than right) with one's stroke, stance and putter. Went to Josh to focus on my driver but got more than I bargained for. Josh noticed my swing was not enough inside. Once I focused on more inside for the swing, the distance increased in my carry. Josh changed the shaft and grip size for my driver which resulted in more fairway hits and increased distance. His analysis indicated that my driver was not high enough in launch angle and that my length in the driver shaft should not be more than 45 inches. HIs analysis of my swing was great!

My experience was great. Josh was able to determine that my clubs were too short for me. He gave me a 'demo' that was the right length. Later that day, I played 18 on Bay Island at Bonita Bay and used the demo. Guess what? It was the club that I hit with the most accuracy all day. Great stuff.

I am a relatively difficult fit due to upright stance, tall height and short arm length. A fitting with Josh always leaves me feeling confident that I am properly fit. Josh doesn't try to sell you equipment you don't need-if he thinks old heads will work properly he retains them when reshafting. I am gifting sessions with Josh to family and friends.

Got into a slump this summer and unfortunately picked up some bad habits. Josh is like a doctor to me because he analyzes my symptoms, videos my swing and prescribes what I need to do to fix the problem. He know I am a visual learning so he shows me my swing on the computer and compares my bad swing to a pro that has a great swing. WOW! It really helps me see what I am doing incorrectly. I think Josh can help anyone improve their game.

went for a club evaluation, flex,loft and lie, and ended up with some instruction on my grip and swing that has immediately increased my 7 iron distance from 120-125 to 140-145 . Even tho there was some variances in my shafts, Josh recommended that I work on the swing changes. Did'nt sell me anything but 20 yrds.

My drives were askew and the woods didn't feel right. Found that my driver's shaft had a hairline crack, and my 3wood's head was ready to fall off. With a new shaft I can plug my driver an extra 15-25 yards, and my 3 wood flies straight for a change. Josh knows his stuff.

Ok, so I haven't gotten my clubs yet, so I can't talk about the end of the story, but I can talk about the beginning. Poor customer service is one of my pet peeves, so when I experience top notch customer service, I'm happy to talk about it. My initial experiences with Golf Express, to include "The other Josh," Ann Musselman, and Josh himself, have been terrific. Trust me, I wouldn't be driving all the way down to Bonita if it hadn't been. Not enough characters left to continue.

For years, I have bemoaned that I am always close, but not in the hole with my putts. Working with Josh's expertise and his software technology, I learned several things that I can do to improve my putting, including improving my putter. It had movement in the grip, unbeknownst to me!!! Fixing the grip, working on my stroke and alignment improved my accuracy during the lessons!!! Now I will try to take this to the course!! I am looking forward to putting into action the driver and iron that Josh is modifying for me. If successful, I will have him do my other irons and fairway woods and then hopefully make my golf game a more enjoyable experience. At this point, scoring is secondary. My wife and I were both fitted for drivers when visiting the Naples area from Chicago. Josh only changed the shafts and grips in both of our existing drivers and we could feel the difference immediately. We cannot wait for our golg season to arrive.

Josh was able to point out and show me on the computer that my setup was off line and that while my backstroke was OK that the follow through took the putter head out of line. Now that I know the root cause of the problem it is up to me to get my muscles to correct. It was a very valuable experience.

I've had the same reacurring problems for 45 to 50 years. Josh has given me simple keys to remember to improve my swing. After my visit the other day I hit the driving range and was thrilled with the results. I was killing my irons with a minimal swing. If you listen and practice what Josh tells you you will have success. His new computer equipment is great.

I've played golf for 50 years and have always suspected that poorly matched equipment played a role in some of my poor shots. Josh's analysis of my clubs affirmed that. My irons are now matched much better to my body and swing and my putter has the proper characteristics for a more solid and consistent stroke. In 2007, I was sent to Josh Musselman by my club pro to fit my clubs. The ability Josh has to understand a persons needs is amazing. I have returned to Josh because I bought new woods and irons. He tested the flex of them and adjusted them to my wants and needs. After playing with them I will go nowhere else for any of my golf equipment fittings except to Josh. You can trust what he tells you and that he has your best interest at heart.

I recently met with Josh. I have been away from the game over a year, due to back surgery. Every time that I go to "Golf Express" I find exactly what I am doing wrong or what I need and can see on why I need it. With there in person video's,top of the line equipment and top it off a top 100 PGA "real" golf pro that spends quality time with you, you see great improvements! I lowered my handicap by 20 strokes off one lesson because of them! I would highly recommend anyone to go to Golf Express at least once!

I had been having so putting problems and thought I should have my putter fit to me and went to Josh. In 5 minutes with his new technology designed to analyze the putting stroke we found a number of things to correct and once he adjusted my putter the ball rolled off the face better than ever. I was so impressed that I am going to take some lessons from him.

Working with Josh was an interesting experience. Obviously time will tell how valuable that experience was, but gaining a better understanding of the proper shaft flex and weight for my swing seems to improve distance. We often think about club heads, but there is alot to be said for getting the right shaft (flex and weight), something we don't always get or understand when we go to the basic golf shop.

Josh was very quickly able to discern my problem in not getting the ball up in the air, especially with my driver and with his equipment and video he was able to show me what I was doing wrong and how to correct my swing. I am just learning and was very frustrated in not being able to figure out what I was doing wrong. I have already seen improvements from incorporating the drills he showed me.

The computer and video feedback along with Josh's keen eye immediately helped me to see why I am losing power and hitting the weak fade shots. He also gave me a few drills to use when I practice that should help me to correct the over-the-top move. He recommended supervised practice with my shorter, heavier clubs.

Every golfer has a different way of learning the golf swing. When Josh videos my swing and points out my mistakes on the computer by comparing my swing to a professional's swing everything clicks for me. I am a visual learner and he uses many different visual props to help improve my swing. He keeps his instructions simple and doesn't overwhelm me with to many swing thoughts. I have referred him to many golfers at Pelican Preserve. He is the best!!

I had been shooting in the lower 90's and needed to qualify for a match play event. After this lesson the first time I played I shot a 81 and qualilfied. I will be back to see Josh before I go north for the summer. I went for a 10H to a 15 and now I feel that I can get back to the 10 or better. Thanks Josh. Great experience.

This was FAR better that I expected. Josh cleared up two or three mysteries of the swing that had inhibited my game for years. I only wish I had found him sooner. In my experience with Josh Musselman i can say he is the best club fitter i have ever been to, he custom fit me to my hole set of clubs including my putter. The hole fitting process was so impressive i would'nt let anyone else touch my clubs. In my opinion he is the best club fitter there is, not only that but i go to him for golf lessons now and he seems to make everything so much more simpified for me. I highly recommend going to see Josh if you need a club fitting or a lesson he is the best.

Now that I am playing with the right equipment for me, I can play with a more relaxed swing. I am not exhausted by the 15th hole. Josh and Jay have helped me to understand the golf swing. Of course, increasing my driver swing speed 14 mph (3yds. per mph) helps, too!

I am an accomplished very low handicap player and considered myself a good judge of equipment. I am a very tall. After being fit for Driver through putter I am already playing a little better. The club fittings were almost like a lesson. When I do what Josh says I draw the ball and have improved club head speed (as much as 20 mph). The trouble is doing what Josh says while out on the course, but that is not his fault! After the mini lessons with the club fitting I was convinced that getting an official lesson will be worth the time and money. I have that scheduled and I cant wait.

After having knee surgery I decided I needed new equipment and scheduled a session with Josh. After watching 2 years of an improvised swing due to knee problems Josh showed me what was wrong with my swing told me to work on my swing for a month or so and come back for a fitting. He told me he could fit me with clubs now but it would be throwing my money away without fixing my swing first. He did what a first rate Fitter/teacher should do for a customer.

In very little time Josh was able to determine that the flex rating of my existing irons was much stiffer than that indicated on the shaft label and certainly too stiff for me. That, and the fact that the shafts were too short for my set up position, was demonstrated as soon as Josh assembled a demo club tailored to my requirements. In no time my swing speed and shot dispersion improved significantly. Josh certainly knows his stuff!

What a fun experience first off...great to be indoors out of the sun swinging the clubs for a change. My clubs, irons that is, were all bought from a set but were all different in shaft ratings...I love my 9 iron as it is and discovered why...it is a men's flex and much more what I need. He gave me advice on set up and 2 swing thoughts that have helped already. He did not want to alter my clubs right away which I thought was great...change things deliberately and slowly once we are sure .

I went to Josh to see if my new clubs were right for me...the shafts were all marked senior flex. He tested them and found they were actually much less...imagine my surprise and disappointment. He has made a thorough evaluation of my swing, and recommended changes. He changed the driver first, and it's made a remarkable difference. If you're buying new clubs, see Josh first...it will save you money in the long run and you'll be happier with the results.
