    So soft!

    I was very nervous getting my cat groomed since it was her first time and couldn't be happier she came back looking like a model with beyond soft hair! Will def use again very happy with the results!

    Very Pleased with Fluffy Puppy

    I was hesitate finding a groomer online but was beyond satisfied with Fluffy Puppys service. They worked around my schedule and got us in right away. Mocha was very comfortable and looked great afterwards.

    Outstanding Groomers

    Hy is an awesome Groomers. He took our Shih Tzu, London in and treated him just like he had known him forever. London just loved Hy immediately. We will never use another Groomers again. Thank u Hy for doing such a great job.

    My big dog likes Hy!

    I just hope that Hy can cope! My extra large Goldendoodle is a challenge to groom! He goes hiking and climbimg with me regularly and must be kept pretty short. We are happy to have found Fluffy Puppy after some bad experiences elsewhere. Fluffy Puppy is a great choice- you can trust leaving your valued companion here.

    What a wonderful experience!!!

    For both my toy poodle & I. Hy obviously enjoys what he does, and he is excellent at what he does. I brought in a shaggy little guy, and Hy brought him out looking beautiful and smelling great. Thank you Hy, you are a master at your craft . We will definitely be back. The price was great, too.

    Rufus says, "Always a pleasant experience."

    Our dog, Rufus, always looks forward to his monthly grooming. He knows when we arrive at FLUFFY DOG, gets up out of his seat and starts wagging his tail. He looks great when we pick him up. Would not consider going any where else.

    Why aren't there more than five stars to give??

    I have never been satisfied with the grooming services I have received for my dog, so I googled some local places and found Fluffy Puppy. For about half of what I paid at PetSmart, Hy bathed, trimmed, blow dried and ground down the nails of our Jessie. She looks absolutely adorable and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Hy, for treating Jessie like royalty!

    Looking Good!

    Love my dogs when they come back, they both look so good. We had a special treat for the Holidays. My dogs are white and had red & green tips of the ears colored. So cool! Thanks Hy for making them look so good.

    Great job

    Hy does such a great job with our dog. He is not the easiest little guy to groom, but Hy really cares and knows how to manage to do a fantastic job. Would highly recommend Hy, and Fluffy Puppy Grooming.

    She is BEAUTIFUL

    I took my dog to Fluffy Puppy Grooming and didn't think anyone could make much of a difference in the way she looked or smelled. I was WRONG!!!!! They got all of her under coat off and she looks and smells wonderful. This is the only groomer I will ever use from now on!

    The Best Groomer in the East Valley

    Hy is the BEST groomer - he is so patient and kind to my 10 year old finiky schnauzer and she comes out looking like the princess that she is, every time! I highly recommend Fluffy Puppy Grooming.

    Great service

    I have brought both my dogs two times now. The second time the dogs ran right in. They always look great and the dogs appear to enjoy it too. Very reasonably priced as well.

    Great!!! I will never go elsewhere for a groomer!

    My westies were not only clean and beautiful when I picked them up but they were happy! Hy was so professional and really showed care to my family members when they were in his care. I am so happy with the service and will go nowhere else to get my babies groomed :)

    Lindsay loves Hy!

    Our doggie Lindsay has been twice now and absolutely loves going to see Hy. She has never been groomed before and so we were a bit nervous how she would respond. Well, everyone is so much happier now that her husky hair is kept to a minimum. He loves dogs and it show. Thanks so much!

    Hy is fantastic!

    Great Job

    Hy does a great job with my dogs, they always look & smell great afterwards. We drive a long way to get to his place but it is well worth the drive. At first we decided to take our dogs to Fluffy Puppy because the prices are very reasonable but we keep going back because Hy does a wonderful job! We have been taking our little dogs to him for a year now and we will continue to do so.

    Fluffy Puppy is the best

    Hy and his wife are the best!! Baby is no easy dog to groom but Hy has won her over. She looks great and feels even better. We never have to wait on an appointment and the weekend hours really help with our crazy schedule. Thank you again.

    Happy dog means happy me!

    My dog has had bad experiences at other groomers. He would not act like himself sometimes for days. Yesterday when I picked him up from Fluffy Puppy, he was his normal happy self.

    Love, Love, Love these folks!

    My doggies were a mess and took a long time to groom but they charged me the standard price and I really appreciated that! Hy really understands when a dog just doesn't like something or when it is terrified of it and he figures out another way. My dogs are very beautiful and happy now!

    THE BEST GROOMER OUT THERE!!!

    The absolute BEST groomer ever...

    Fluffy Puppy is without question the best groomer I've ever come across. My Golden actually runs inside when I take him there and it's obvious that he's well taken care of. The owner(s) have gone above and beyond multiple times. It's wonderful to know that my dog, and the love of my children's lives, is also loved my Fluffy Puppy. I would recommend this groomer a thousand times over.

    ALWAYS AN EXCELLENT JOB!!

    Whenever we take Rufus over to Hy's. he is impatient to get out of the car and go in, tail wagging all the time. Hy take particular pains with all his work and it is reallt appreciated Highly reccomended.

    Great Groomer

    I first decided to try fluffy puppy grooming because of the low prices. I keep going back because Hy does a great job with both of my babies. They are always so happy when we pick them up and they always look great. It makes me feel better to know that my dogs will not be caged up because Hy only does one dog at a time.

    I was very impressed with Fluffy Puppy Grooming. My mini schnauzer Tobey wa a matted mess but Hy made him look awesome. It was the best he has ever looked! Hy is such a caring dog lover.     Best groomer ever!

    We love the care and attention given to our little Shih Tzu, Mutan. He loves Hy and is always calm when we leave him as well as when we pick him up. Hy takes special care that Mutan comes home looking very handsome!

    I called at 5:30pm & asked if could have my dog groomed that night & he took her in by 7:30. He is good with my little pain. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

    Perfect ... As always!

    Pepper just returned from her "spa day" she was groomed perfectly, happy and excited to see Hy again. She actually pulls on the leash to get there! She even came home with a special surprise of a doggie pedicure complete with pink toe polish! Too cute! There will never be another groomer for Pepper as long as Fluffy Puppy and Hy are in business! Highly, Highly Recommended

    Always a good experience

    We can always get our dog in, even at the last minute. Hy is so gentle with our hyper little dog. Even my grandson likes going there. Sparky is not "nuts" when he comes home, like he has been when returning from the pet store groomer.

    Great Job Every Time!!!

    Our dog never looked better. I love the fact that he only has you pet while he is grooming. Your dog is not locked up in a cage while they wait. Hy does such a great job.

    First time Grooming

    I took my 5 year old husky malamute in for her first grooming, she was scared, but Hy made her feel at home. She was so happy after her grooming. I will def be taking her back. Thank you So much Hy!

    Dog Grooming

    I took my 2 dogs for the first time to Fluffy Puppy last week and I am very happy with the job Hy did. I have a Poodle and a Pom mix and they looked adorable! You can tell t he loves anmals. I recommended him to my daughter for her dog.

    Stinky Dog No More

    I recently brought my stinky and extra furry pekinese to see Hy. At first she was a bit nervous being left at a new place, but when I picked her up, she was definitely at ease. Hy sent me a text message with a picture of her to let me know that she was clean and ready. Whatever shampoo he used, smells amazing and lasts for quite a few days (even with her rolling in the grass, dirt, and concrete). I will definitely be bringing her back soon!

    Hy did a great job with Mylee. She is a big newfie who was well overdue for a grooming.     Happy dogs for Christmas

    Hy and Emma happily took my dogs, Sam and Angus on Christmas Eve. I cannot express how great my experience was with them. My 2 dogs have a groomer for as long as we are living in this area. They could not have been happier when we picked them up!! Hy let my husband and I look them over to make sure we were completely happy with them before we left. My dogs are a little over 3 years old and they have been groomed their entire lives but this was by far our best experience.

    Passionate!

    Hy and Emma are wonderful people and groomers. My miniature schnauzer always looks fabulous after his haircuts. Their weekend availability makes them very convenient. My dog used to get bumps from a previous groomers shampoo. He hasn't had any skin/coat problems since coming to Fluffy Puppy. Hy and Emma also go above and beyond to provide great service and final product. I have used them for several months now and will continue to use them.

    I love Fluffly Puppy Grooming

    Hy and his lovely wife are awesome. They only do one dog at a time so the experience for the dog is much better than at a traditional grooming place. One of my dogs just hates grooming, but they were able to make adjustments to help her calm down and accept it. I recently brought both my dogs to them who were in really bad shape , embarrassed as I am to say, but they came back clean and not traumatized considering what it took to get them fixed up. I will continue to use them !

    These guys are Great!!!!

    I felt very comfortable leaving my baby. They did a great job. They have a convienient 7 day a week schedule....luv em!!! I would recommend Fluffy Puppy Grooming. I have a very small dog and they were gentle.

    Great Experience!

    Hy and Emma are so friendly and they really took care of my two LARGE dogs. The dogs smelled great and looked wonderful. Hy even took extra time to fulfill a last-minute request I made as we were leaving :) I'm pleased with the way the dogs look, feel and smell, and they were very happy so I know there was a lot of love and patience from Hy and Emma which comforted my pets. Very professional... We'll be back!

    Wonderful

    Took my 5 month old puppy to get his first grooming done. Came out wonderful. My daughter just can't put him down. She's thinks he looks soooo cute! =) I definitely recommend bringing your puppy to Hy. Makes you feel so comfortable about leaving them.

    Great Job

    This was my first time using Fluffy Puppy Grooming. My dog Gizmo looks so white. Hy did a wonderful job with my dog and its easy to tell that he loves dogs. His rates are much better than the pet store groomers. Will be definitely will be using him again!

    Awesome!

    Hy really helped ease my fear of leaving my companion with him. My puppy is an anxiety therapy companion and it was so hard to leave him. You can tell that Hy loves animals and they respond well to him! He did an awesome job on my constantly moving little guy! I will be back!     Great work

    I was referred recently to Fluffy Puppy and had 2 dogs groomed one weekend and a third one groomed the next weekend. I was so happy with the results! They listened to my requests and were very kind to my dogs, really seem to like dogs. I will be back!

    My dogs are White again

    Love when my dogs get groomed they come back so white and fluffy. They stay white a little longer than with other groomers. Best groomer around - Hy takes such great care with my dogs. Thanks guys.

    Our new addition to our family and a great groomer!

    My daughter and I just got a little toy maltese/toy chihuahua. It is 8 weeks and weights 1.9lb. The groomer did an excellent job on her bath and brush. She smelled so good!

    A great experience for our new puppy

    We wanted a great first experience for our 4 month old mini schnauzer, Ella, so of course we took her to Hy. I knew she was going to be nervous and unsure, but I also know that Hy would make it a pleasant experience and start that bond between dog and groomer. She looked great and was very happy when we picked her up and then strutted around the house when we brought her home. I guess she felt as good as she looked!

    No more stinky beagles!!!

    I took my two beagles to Fluffy Puppy this weekend for a "bath and brush" and was unsure how clean they would get since they have such short hair and were more stinky than dirty. Well, when I picked my boys up after their baths I noticed a HUGE difference!! They smelled so good, looked shiny and felt so soft that I couldn't stop petting them all evening!! Great job!!

    Wonderful experience with Hy

    I have taken my two Lhasa Apso's (Toby & Chloe) twice and each time I have been extremely happy with there grooming. Hy has a wonderful way with animals. My babies always seem to enjoy there time with him. I highly recommend Hy for your grooming needs.

    Great groomer at a great price!

    Pepper our Boxer/Lab does great with Hy... she gets excited coming up to his door! The exact oposite used to happen when we brought her to the large corporate groomer, we used to have to physically pick her up and carry her in... now she RUNS to the door and greets Hy with hugs and kisses. She always looks and smells wonderful when she is done and is not stressed out at all. She is in more of a home environment instead of a cage and it really helps keep her calm. We won't use another groomer

    Hy is awesome

    My dog Cruella has been going to see Hy for about the last year. I always have her shaved down, Hy does all the little extras at a great price when he grooms her. I will never take her anywhere else for her grooming. I would recommend Hy for all of your grooming needs.

    Awesome Groomer

    Bella, our red poodle, was a mess after weaning her puppies. I would try to brush her out, but her fur was matted down close to the skin. I was afraid that she would have to be completely shaved. Hy did an awesome job of saving her beautiful coat. I will not wait so long before her next grooming service with HY!

    Hy the groomer!!!

    What a awesome groomer he is so good with my Chloe she just comes home and she is so relaxed and not a nervous reck like she used to be with her other groomer. I would highly recommend his services to anyone with grooming needs. I will continue to take Chloe back to him for all her maintance groomings. (little bows in her hair would be a great touch!)

    Fantastic Service

    Very friendly atmosphere, totally different experience from the "big box" groomers. The service was on time, the price was very fair and he listened to what we wanted. We will be happy to take our dog back to him on a regular basis for his grooming needs.

    1st time customer will be repeat customer

    My 8 pound dog had never been to a groomer. I know from trying to do a little myself that he is a serious squirmer. Hy and my dog got along great from the start. I hadn't even made it out the front door and he was licking Hy's face. Two hours later I picked him up. He looked great, and seemed happy and relaxed. The home environment seems much more soothing than the big-box stores grooming centers, and the price was good too. I'll definitely take my dog back when he needs another grooming.

    Great service!

    This is the 4th time we've had our dog groomed with Hy. Our dog comes home happy with a great groom. Hy is also very flexible and his prices are the lowest we've found. We will always use Fluffy Puppy for our dog!

    Best Grooming Experience in a Year

    Started looking for a groomer in the valley in June 2009. On June 22, 2010 experienced the most successful grooming experience for Rufus, our Shih Tzu. Hy groomed him just like our groomer in Show Low. When we returned to pick Rufus up, he was not nervous or shaking. Seemed very calm. He didn't have to stay in a cage for 3 hours. We are looking forward to our next visit. Rufus is looking forward to this also.

    Totally Pleased

    We brought in two puppies for their first groomings. Sophie is a 5 month old Schnoodle and Abby a 4 month old Toy Poodle. Sophie got a beautiful haircut. Abby did, too, but what impressed me was how much time and effort Hy spent with her. She doesn't like baths much less grooming and is almost impossible to work on with her squirming. Not only did he give her a good cut, but is willing to do it again! He must love dogs to !to do that!

    Circus loves Hy!!

    My two pups absolutely love Hy!! what a difference since taking them to see him. He not only clearly loves them, but knows so much about each of them. Barnum and Bailey give him 5 paws!! wouldn't go anywhere else!

    Maltese cut

    I have an adorable Maltese. Hy has only cut her twice, but both times she was beautiful. I had him do a shorter "puppy cut" this time. Just perfect. Only problem - I think Hy cuddles the dogs too long. Cali wants to stay there!!! Hy sincerely loves dogs and it shows through his work. He is very knowledgeable on all the little nuances of the breeds. I would highly recommend Fluffy Puppy Grooming to anyone!!!!

    Great Schnauzer Cut

    I really liked the online appointments. The groomer discussed my miniature schnauzer's cut to make sure he would do everything I liked. Since my dog is black with white features, I prefer a non-standard cut. The groomer listened to all of my requests and made my dog look fantastic! He was knowledgeable about the "schnauzer bumps" my dog was prone to getting and educated me on the most economical and effective way to use medicated shampoo. I'll definitely be going back!

    A GREAT PRICE I RECOMMEND

    I found them on google and the price was great and Hy the groomer was real nice and professional. I would recommend fluffy puppy grooming to any dog. I will be taking my golden retriver to Hy from now on.

    GREAT service GREAT price!!! Pepper loves it!

    Pepper, my Boxer/Lab loves going to fluffy Puppy! She actually pulls me to the door! When we used to take her to a large retail groomer, she had to be picked up and carried in. Now she is smiling, wagging her tail from the time we drive up until she gets home! We even had drop off service! WOW! Pepper comes home with a beautiful coat, clean teeth and ears and best of all happy. Couldn't ask for a better groomer. I totally recommend Fluffy Puppy!

    Excellent Groomer with a customer service attitude !

    I have used Hy almost since he started and have been very happy with his service. I feel like my dog likes him and does not stress when we leave her for her grooming. I had her groomed yesterday and actually went to see the vet today and he made a comment that she had been groomed very well and was very soft. That just supported the fact that I was happy with Hy and will continue to use him in the future...5 stars

    A Great Find In Our Neighborhood!

    This is my first visit to Hy for our Maltipoo, and I have to say that she looks much better than when she is groomed at a "retail groomer"... and she smells great! He does exactly what you ask him to do for your pet, and in a freindly way that makes you want to stay and talk to him (my wife reminded me that it took me almost 30 minutes to "drop off" my dog...lol).. I will be bringing Nikki back for sure!

    I have had the exprience in looking for a groomer that would take care of my dogs for me to groom them and i found Hy Roseman In the phone book I cal ed him an he immediatey gave me the feeling by talking to him that I could trust him with my dogs , So I made an appt with him he drove all the way to Chandler to pick my dogs up took them and had them groomed and then brought them back in abput 2 1/2 hours , he did a fantastic job with them and I recommend him to anyone that needs a pet groomer

    Great job with great prices. We felt comfortable leaving our dogs at the home. Hy listened to our concerns about our dogs likes and dislikes. We will go again!

    Wonderfully pleasant and patient groomer!!

    This was our first visit to Fluffy Puppy Grooming, and we were extremely pleased!! Our 12 year old Siberian Husky can be a little difficult, but Hy was so patient and gentle with her. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Fluffy Puppy Grooming to everyone!

    Puppy grooming

    I cannot say enough about how accommodating this company was. They groomed my puppy on Christmas Eve and turned a scruffy dog into a beautiful show dog. This puppy was a gift to my 13 year old daughter who had previously seen the dog. When I gave it to her as a gift she had no idea it was the same dog and did not believe me for a while.     Excellent Grooming and Business

    We took our dog to Hy for the first time , and he did an amazing job with her. He did exactly what we wanted and she came out looking and smelling great, and very relaxed. We will definitely continue to use Fluffy Puppy in the future and I recommend this groomer to all of my friends with dogs.

    Fantastic Service

    I have been to Fluffy Puppy several times now and have always had excellent service. Hy takes the time to find out what I want done. He takes extra special care of his clients and human owners.     A happy and relaxing experience!

    We really appreciated the home environment for Chloe. She has not had very good experiences with large chain groomers and usually isn't herself after we bring her home and it takes several days for her to return to normal. Chloe had a totally different experience with Fluffy Puppy Grooming; not only was she completely herself from the moment we picked her up but she has also been prancing around like she knows she looks good. This will definitely be our regular groomer. Thanks again Hy!

    Greatest Experience for me and my babies!

    Great atmosphere for pets! When I picked my boys up they were not locked in a cage, they were making themselves at home and playing. I also appreciate the extended hours and that they are open 7 days a week. Will definetly use them in the future and recomend them to anyone in search of a caring groomer. My akita mix has never looked so good! THanks again Fluffy Puppy!!!!

    What a time saver and wonderful service!

    With my busy schedule, it was difficult getting my two doggies in for grooming, with Fluffy Puppy my life has one less worry, how to get my little ones grooomed. My Yorkie mix and Shitzu love going with Hy. I would recommend Fluffy Puppy to anyone. Thank you Hy.

    Great Look

    Dakota always looks wonderful when we get her. I would recomend the blueberry spa for dogs with white hair. Dakota stayed white the longest with the spa treatment. Love the pickup/drop off service. Love the on-line appointment schedule.

    I've had my small dog, Squishy, groomed since he was a wee puppy and used to spend an average of $50 per grooming. Fluffy Puppy's prices are easy to afford and they even offer a pick up/drop off service if you live in the area of this home based business.

    Above and beyond!

    This was my fisrt experience with a groomer and Hy was wonderful. Bruzer, our Shih Tzu, turned out to be very uncooperative to say the least. Yet he still had an adorable cut and looked absolutely beautiful. Hy went above and beyond in having patience while grooming Bruzer. His kindness and caring were outstanding.

    Tender loving care
