Phil was right on time for my 7AM at home tune-up. He explained everything he was doing to the bike and recommended basic repairs I can do myself. Unlike bike shops, he did not upsell me on things I didn't need and didn't have my bike out of commission for several days. I highly recommend Phil's service and will never go back to a bike store for service again. Thanks Phil!
