A very Relaxing Time
I was just thrilled with my massage. Heidi is a great massage therapist and asked me how I was doing and if the pressure was o.k. and it was, she got some very knotted up spots smothed out....I have already recommended her. Thanks bunches...

always a good massage
I have seen Heidy before, and was really happy to see a groupon I could use to utilize her service again. Next time I would opt for a deeper muscle massage instead of the "relaxation" one. She seems always sensitive to your needs.

Good Massage

Good Massage
Picked up a coupon from Amazon for Atlas Massage Service for a very low price. This is located in a Chiropractic office which is no problem. The massage was very good and would consider going back another time.

Very Relaxing
Heidi did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend her. She did a great job working on not only my back and shoulders, but she also massaged my hands which really destressed me

Heidi rocks (and gets the rocks out of my back)
Heidi does a terrific job of finding the tight painful parts of the body, then smoothing out those knots. My back feels better for several days after seeing her. She is a wonder on feet, and if you ask her, will explain the reflexology points in the feet while she is working on them.

Made Another Appointment Before I Left
Heidi did a great job. Location of business works for me....on my way home from work. Never knew my feet needed a massage so bad and my fingers. Feeling great when it was time to go.

Great Service, very relaxing
Heidi did a great job finding the tension I had in my back and relieving much of the pressure. I appreciated the time she took afterward to explain what she found during the massage.

Terrible Massage
Jennifer did a very poor job massaging me. I told her where I needed her to focus and she didn't listen at all. It definitely a waste of time and money.

Greaat massage
Jen was GREAT! She was thorough and explained to me things that I can work on to prevent some of the problems she found in my muscles, like stretching more and drinking more water. She was very patient with me and I appreciated the suggestions that she gave me.

Personable and welcoming

Great massage
This is an amazing place. The massage is great and she knows what she is doing. I have setup more massages to get the knots out of my shoulders. I would recommend her to anyone!

Just what I needed
Heidi did a wonderful job finding the areas that needed the most attention. I've booked for another session... Definitely worthwhile! I felt very relaxed and loose and slept well that night.

A Lovely Massage
Heidi gave me a nice relaxing massage, It was exactly as advertised and I have no complaints whatsoever. I would definitely recommend her services. I also really liked the atmosphere in the lobby of the building she works in, it sets the stage for the massage to come.

Fantastic

Excellent work!

Not my favorite
I prefer a deep tissue massage that really gets the knots out. Also, I didn't really like the pressure to set my next appointment right away and it was difficult to find.

comfortable and relaxing
It's been a while since I've had a massage but Heidi was delightfully charming and made me feel comfortable right away. She has a calming touch - I only wish I had a 2 hour massage instead of just 1. It was fabulous. I will go back.

A kind, spirited massage therapist
I enjoyed my time spent and the massage was very relaxing. Heidi was very professional and relayed a lot of good advice on health tips and relaxation pointers. Felt very nice when I left and would want to have another massage in the near future.

Not Going Back to Heidi
Look, I'm an experience customer of massages for over 15 yrs and have treid a minimum of 25 different massage therapists. I used 3 of them as my regular therapists because they displayed a real sincere interest in having me as their client. I lost my current therapist to a move. So I tried out Heidi through the 60 min. Living Social Deal. She hardly did anything claiming it is an initial assesment and cut it short by at least 15 min. Deal or swedish massage assesment or not, she didn't care!!!!

Not Impressed with the "Owner"
Heidi was my therapist.She started out with a lot of talking which didn't quite relax me as much as I normally can for an hour massage. She started out rubbing lotion on me really soft. When I asked her to apply more pressure she said that she had 6 more clients after me and she needed to pace herself. I was thinking...WTF...am I not entitled to get the massage I paid for? Then she said that I needed to come back to get a deeper massage? Yeah right. I will be back...NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

a real find
i have been a regular client of heidi's for about six months now. having been to many massage therapists over the years, and having back problems, i can say that heidi is very skilled at what she does. not only does she really know what she is talking about and gives an excellent, deep tissue massage, she is a caring person that really takes interest in your well being. highly recommend!

Loved it!
Heidi was wonderful. She was able to begin getting out the kinks but of course it will take more than one session. She was very knowledgeable and was able to give me some pressure point instructions to help with my current ailments. I have already made my next appointment and can not wait to go!

Excellent massage
She really understood what my body needed, worked out the kinks, and helped me identify a follow-up plan that works best for me. The only drawback--chatty. I'm sure I contributed to the problem by continuing to respond back, but I didn't want to be rude.

FABULOUS
First time I ever had a massage and it was a beautiful experience. It is something everyone should try. I was under a lot of stress and my shoulders were full of knots and she made me feel so relaxed. I had a wonderful nights sleep.

Professional
The massage was good. The location is bad. Therapist asked insightful questions and provided thoughtful feedback. But I did not care for the office/corporate building atmosphere.

Hard to reschedule
I needed to change my appointment and wanted to give plenty of notice, but my calls went to voice mail, or to a recptionist who said Heidi was in charge of the calendar and she was unable to do anything other than pass along a message. I look forward to giving them a try in the future though.

Great Stress Relief
If you need to de-stress this is the place to do it. Open, knowledgeable and professional. No hype, just good friendly service. A cup of tea would have been nice. :)

Excellent Touch!
I was worried that I'd be so sore after a massage, but I found the opposite to be true; I was rejuvenated and relaxed! I miss the spa atmosphere, but Heide's excellent technique is well worth the trade. Heide listens to my input, too- and she addresses my comments with an openness and depth of knowledge not commonly found in her profession. Thank You!

Hard to find but good massage
Took some time to find their location, once in the building it wasn´t easy to find their location. No signs what so ever. Please fix this so customers can find you! Rooms where small and not up to my expectation. Joe Thomas was good, took a swedish massage and it was very nice :)

I made sure to arrive early to allow for ppwk and for the initial interview process. That said, she spent at least 2/3 of the actual massage continuing to interview me about my lifestyle, giving suggestions, etc. So I was not able to relax hardly at all. I believe her intentions were in the right place, I just disagree with this type of protocol. I think this kind of conversation is best saved for before/after, so that the therapist can focus on the actual bodywork while I’m on the table.

Refreshed and full of emergy
I'm new to all of this but I found Atlas a hidden treasure. Often my energy can be quite low but I've found that after my visits I'm refreshed and renewed. Heidi offers many types of energy therapy which I find refreshing in Tampa.

Ok - not into the mind/body analysis
The massage part was good. I was a little disappointed that we spent time talking about what might be causing my stress, and how I might improve it. I know why I'm stressed & what I need to do to improve it, and I thought getting a massage was part of that (I was really open about just wanting to relax, & the fact that I view a massage as a treat), but instead, I walked away feeling guilty that I don't take better care of myself (I just wanted to zone out and enjoy the massage).

Decent Massage...cut on time
Heidi was very nice and in general a good massage therapist. She frequently asked how I was doing and about pressure. The only bad part was that she cut the time short! The massage was not an hour. We started a little late but she cut us off at the end time of the appt. This was disappointing since nobody was after me. Other than that...she gives a follow up phone call which is nice.

very polite and helpful...just needs better directions
The place was difficult to find, due to lack of specific location within a business park, as well as inside their building. It was really hot inside. But the masseuse was very helpful and so nice, she really made it a pleasant experience. I think they're a little expensive on their services, but with the special deal I got, it was well worth it.
