Had a great massage by Audrey. She asked questions in order to give the best care, asked what pressure I liked and gave me advice on how to relieve pain in my shoulders. The massage itself was therapeutic and relaxing. plus she took time to work out my trouble spots.

I have come to EW for a while now and looked after by Lori for multiple times. She is always professional and does a good job. Its very relaxing and you have to work on it to stay awake. Her work especially around the neck and shoulder area makes stress built up from office desk work go away nicely. Recommended

Lorie game me a 60 min relaxation massage and it was wonderful. I love the convenience of being able to get a massage in the same place that I go to the gym. I don't know where you can go to get a professional massage for that price. I will be going back for sure!

The facility is a great place with access to the steam room, etc. after your massage, which is a real bonus!! The prices are also very reasonable. I went in with hams,glutes,hips and shoulder problems from all the squash I play. Madison did a greta job on this 6' 2" frame of mine which is no small feat. She realy knows what she is doing and has more than enough strenghth to get the job done I will go again and would recommend to her to anyone wanting a great massage.

Melissa hit all the right areas that's for sure. Was cute. She was very accommodating, telling me that if the release of the trigger points was too painful, let her know and she would be a little gentler. "Uhh, well perhaps that one hurts a bit".... to which she replied ... "perhaps just breathe thru that one". I have never had trigger points down before but it worked amazingly well. I will certainly be back.

Barbara has been my regular therapist and she is great at fixing my shoulder. I saw Michelle this last appointment and she was great. I like the online booking too; It makes things so much easier.

I woke with a pinched nerve in my shoulder/neck area one morning and was able to get in to see Michelle that evening. She gave me back mobility in that arm and greatly improved the circulation from the neck down to the wrist. I was so greatful! The staff is professional and very friendly, they make sure their client experiences an overall one of the best massages they've ever had. I'm been looking for a good message location and therapist for a while and finally found the place. There is underground parking available which makes it so much more convenient on those super cold days and the massage makes you feel like your in heaven! I have recommended this place to several people and will continue to do so!

The massage was good but there was issues with there visa machine. The girl was fairly new so she did not know how to use the debit machine. I had to go into the hotel lobby to get cash from the debit machine (paid an additional $3;00 to use debit) As mentioned the massage was OK but what happened afterwards ruined the experience.

If you have never tried the full hour, you have to because it is NOT double the relaxation, but 10 TIMES the relaxation! Michelle is excellent and has a sensitive empathy that allows her to find all the spots that need work, even ones you didn't know needed work. Thanks again Michelle!

This was my 1st visit to Fit N Well and only my 3rd ever Massage therapy experience, I was a bit nervous but Michelle made me relax and feel comfortable she did an amazing job addressing the areas that were giving me discomfort (hips/Shoulders) and I walked out feeling relaxed and pain free. I would recomend Michelle to anyone experiencing muscle soreness and I will be back in the future.

Barb gave me a one hour therapeutic massage which was very helpful. I felt much better the next day and knew exactly what areas to focus on. Very friendly, nice salon and super convenient to book online the same day of the appt! I would definitely recommend Barb and Fit N Well.

Had an hour massage with Ann. Very relaxing and she worked out the knots. Highly recommended. Easy to find following the directions on the website. Comfy bed, calming music and gentle fan breeze.

I went in with a severe headache and left without one. I had plenty of knots all through my back and shoulder and most are gone now with the exception of some very large ones that got too painful to work on. I am going back in two weeks to get another one maybe I'll have to go for an hour next time.

Barb was simply wonderful. She covered every area of my both and did a wonderful massage on my head, neck and face. It was so relaxing. I thought it was really nice that we could use the other gym facilities beforehand or afterwards. Parking was also very easy.

My first time at Fit N Well the massage was great I was in pain and it helped so much! However, it was hard to find the place inside the hotel, and it was really strange that the debit machine had a tip option. I have never had to tip a massage therapist before. P.S. I saw Valerie, she was very good.

Everything was perfect! Just the right amount of pressure. Fixed me right up. Barb even gave me some stretches to do at home, & during my massage, she aloud me to extend my appointment by another 30 min on the spot. Highly recommend!
