Wonderful service. This was the first time we ever used a cleaning service. They showed up early so that I could leave for work. I came home to a spotless apartment. I asked to have the inside of the oven and fridge cleaned as an extra and it is absolutely amazing - they look like new. It seems like they dusted all the books and every single shelve, that's how detailed they were. We're really happy with their services and will certainly use them in the future.

Very clean apartment afterward. They were super efficient, showed up, started right away, and didn't stop until the place was clean. Our toaster oven and microwave were disasters and I think we could probably sell them as 'new' after they were done. Setting up regular cleanings now for sure.

I got a 3-hr, 2-bdrm package through Mamapedia and must say I was skeptical about how much they could do in 3 hrs, particularly since they aren't familiar with our apt, we have a lot of clutter AND we haven't had a thorough cleaning in ages. Josefa and Marisol arrived promptly and got right to work. I was stunned that they were able to do the entire apt AND give it such a deep cleaning. Our floors, kitchen and bathroom are SO CLEAN!! Highly recommend.

I don't know the woman's name who cleaned our apt, but she made the place immaculate in only 3 hours. I also want to mention that the woman seemed to know not to move too many things around. Sometimes when cleaners clean, they move too many things around in an attempt to organize, but everything is where I left it. Only much more neat & clean!

After a booking debacle we rescheduled for the next day. The girl was a little lost so she showed up 15 minutes late. She left on time anyway. She skimped on some areas (dust in the corners, sad bed-making, didn't go for hard to reach areas) but did an amazing job on the faucet - I don't think it was that clean when it was new!

I was originally scheduled for 9am, but they had a system issue and didn't see my reservation come through. Luckily, I was off that day and they were able to reschedule someone for noon. Bacchi came right on time and did a great job! I will definitely schedule weekly services with her.

The cleaner was nearly 40 minutes late. She missed parts of the bathroom. And there were dried bits of dust on the floor from where she mopped. The kitchen sink could have been cleaner. The stove and microwave, however, were spotless.

We used Magic in our old place regularly, and were very satisfied. After a year of trying to keep up a new place ourselves, having Bacchi back is a great relief. She's friendly, efficient and leaves the place looking and smelling great. We're back to weekly service.

Very satisfied with the service I received. All the basics were done and certain things I assumed would not be included in the cleaning were also attended to. The one girl who did my job was very friendly and I assume if something was not done, you can just ask. I'll definitely use this service again in the future.

the two women were super friend.y. but when they asked me to inspect the place, after 4 hours x two women, there was a lot of dust. it was good. smelled great. but i would not give it 5 stars. may try it again though, as i like the organic bit.

A wonderful service that doesn't use chemicals that destroy our Earth or give me and my family cancer, but really gets rid of germs. They did an excellent job cleaning my large space. The staff were very nice as well, which I have found also makes a difference! My house smells great and looks great, so thank you! I highly recommend and will use again!

Our home was such a mess after the Spring/Summer season. Magic Cleaning Service did an amazing job in only 3hrs! They cleaned everything we asked them to and took their time where necessary. Magic Cleaning Service is reliable and efficient. I would never try anywhere else.
