It had been a couple of years since my last massage with Kerin. This one was fantastic. She really worked deep into my tight shoulder areas and opened up my back. She used a wide variety of techniques that removed a lot of my muscle soreness. I definitely need to schedule another session with her soon!

My massage was very relaxing and therapeutic at the same time. My massage lasted for an hour and a half and it seemed as if only 20 minutes passed! There was was a heating blanket so it was nice and warm under the clean sheets. The prices are extremely reasonable and I will be back to BodyWise often.

Wow, what an amazing massage. Aki is a deep tissue body worker. She is very detail oriented and focused on those chronic, tight spots. I went in complaining of neck and back pain and Aki made sure to address those areas. The best and most complete neck massage I've ever had and I've been getting massages for 20 years. If you want serious, deep body work, Aki is the one. Aki was very respectful and checked in with me about the pressure but otherwise she left me to relax in silence.

I am a busy hairdresser with horrifying body mechanics. After working up at the Golden Door Spa in Park City. It took me a while to find a place whose therapists rivaled that of the ones I worked with. BodyWise massage therapists are the real deal. They could all easily be employed at a world class spa. It's totally no frills, but VERY clean. I see Binh. Binh is the most physically intuitive massage therapist I've ever had , a Deep Therapeutic genius and very soft spoken and sweet .

I've used several because of timing issues only, not because I have been dissatisfied with any of them. I was lucky enough to come across body wise on a google search for massages in San i purchased an hour deep tissue with Binh, who I am convinced has some sort of supernatural powers. The massage was intuitive, relaxing, and worked wonders for my angry neck and subscapular areas. I walked in with a raging headache and walked out with a smile on my face feeling like a million bucks. I only deducted a star for the bathrooms, which are outside and you need a key for them.

I had a pre-natal massage w/ BEE. I have continuous neck pain and also now lower back pain from picking up my one year old! Bee could feel the knots and sore spots immediately and used the perfect amount of pressure (not too gentle, almost deep tissue) to work them out. I feel brand new! I would recommend Bee 100%!

I always get a 90-minute massage, so I was pleased to find that BodyWise had the cheapest rates in the area if you purchase the package deal. The setting is nice and peaceful. I must also say that I enjoy a deep deep DEEP tissue massage, and a good one is hard to come by. I had Rich as my massage therapist and he went deep! Of course it was only because I asked him to, but the massage loosened me up. Wonderful setting, great therapist, and awesome price! Can't beat it.

My 90-minute massage at BodyWise, hands down, is the best I've ever had. I asked for a deep tissue massage and *actually got a deep tissue massage*! The setting is simple, quiet, peaceful. Plenty of parking. Very reasonable rates, friendly service, and caring and non-judgmental professional staff. Overall mine was an exceptional experience -- wouldn't change a single thing. SO GLAD I found this place!

I worked at the Golden Door Spa at the Waldorf Astoria in Park City. While there I had some of the best massage of my life by some pretty amazing therapists. I'm a hairdresser and good massage is essential to my line of work so I'm a pretty strict critic! Body wise ranks right up there with them. Binh is my go to guy. I have had great experiences with at least four other therapists but he's my favorite. Like I said no frills, but I'm there for the talent not the cucumber water.

Unlike Kelli, I was not asked if I had any injuries or areas of concern.I voiced a need of work between my shoulder blades and that I broke my little toe to please be careful There was no connection between her hands and my muscles - it went from rubbing the lotion in to elbows digging across taunt tight overused muscles. At the end, Judy grabbed both feet and I pulled my foot away and reminded her of my injury., it was one of the worst I have ever had.Will not return for sure!

Once her hands began working their magic, it was clearly an outstanding massage with her hands blending with my muscles, working gently to relax away the tension. I began to doze off because it was so relaxing. Kelli addressed all of my concerns and did a gentle stretch on a problem area. I would recommend anyone to Kelli for a superb massage for those who like a gentle touch! Will return for sure.

I'm always impressed by the practitioners at Bodywise. Every massage I've had there has left me blissed out. Even the student massage is fantastic. My last massage was with Aki and and was extremely therapeutic. Her pressure is firm, but I like that. I usually have the problem of not enough pressure but not with Aki. Having been to massage school myself, i can say that Aki knows anatomy very well and her style was unique and extremely therapeutic.

Kelli did a great job. Recently I had had some massages that ended with 3 days of pain and I asked her to try a Swedish+ and she did just that. Afterwards I felt more limber. It's the next day and I'm not sore, just keep feeling great.

I had an amazing massage from Binh. I came with a somewhat serious lower back issue, could not stand straight, and left feeling relaxed, with most of the pain gone completely. He is a very gifted practitioner. I would only recommend or request during a future visit that classical piano music is not played, since its more stimulating than relaxing...but potentially a personal preference. The front desk person was very friendly, and the price is great. I will be back!

I love getting massages at BodyWise. I have been going there for years. Most of my massages at BodyWise are better than the ones at fancy places that are almost double in price! That said, I like the rooms, but the aesthetic could be a bit more inviting such as a candle burning in the room.One other suggestion is that I like when the massage therapists spend a minute or two checking in with you about special needs before hand. Besides these minor details, it's a wonderful place!

The overall experience was average. The front desk was pleasant, and accommodating. I took my boyfriend there because my previous experiences have been positive - but I will not do that again. He said his experience was "good", but I don't think it was "stellar". As for my actual massage - I could hear people outside talking. I asked my masseuse to apply more pressure a couple of times - but he did not. I did not leave feeling satisfied.

Went to have a massage because of a wrenched back. I decided to take a chance on a new therapist. Made the appointment using the online tool (it works) and scheduled with Rich. Started the massage tense and in pain, but finished stress free and pain was greatly reduced. Rich's hands are magic! Easily one of the best massages I've ever had (I am a massage therapist myself). BodyWwise space is small, but very clean and quiet. I will definately get a massage with Rich again.

The massage therapists at bodywise are very good. The pricing structure is confusing, swedish vs: deep. My suggestion is to make one price for a professional massage. Sometimes you don't know what you need in terms of pressure until you are on the table. Overall I have had good experiences there.

He told me that was why my back hurt and did some intensive work on my right arm. The next day my pain in my arm and back was so much less! It was a wonderful surprise. I recently had a massage from a student intern. The massage was wonderful. However, this was my first time at the new locatio and I find the new space to be far less welcoming than the old.. The room is not isolated from store noise. The desk person made NO attempt to speak softly nor ask others to. I felt like I was having the massage right in the retail space with all its hustle and bustle. The old space was much quieter & cozier. Perhaps carpeting and a more sensitive desk person would help?

She was very professional, used long, soothing strokes and was careful about the areas of which I had concern. The time went all too fast, and I have to say I started to doze off twice, which is always a sign of a good massage. Was very satisfied and feel more flexible the day after. I was hesitating to write this review because I want to save her for myself :) The massage I received from Bee this week was the best I've ever had. I'm a physical therapist and have acute body awareness. Her technique was not only effective and relaxing, but her willingness to tailor the treatment according to my needs with precise attention to detail made me melt physically as well as metaphorically. I recommend BodyWise for a few reasons: 1) I was able to book a 'next-day' appointment, 2) I was kindly greeted when I entered the facility, 3) The rates are extremely affordable, 4) I received the results I was hoping to achieve with Judy Bell, and 5) Although the facility itself has no bells or whistles (in that it’s not a spa), the room was calming and relaxing. Because I had a great experience, and because the rates are reasonable, I surely intend to make this a regular affair.

I've had two massages at BodyWise and both were extraordinary; great rapport with both practitioners ---- of the kind that is most healing. The last one was an emergency ---A krink had overtaken my neck and shoulders and there wasn't enough mobility to be able to go to my job. Besides, the pain was excruciating. I was taken in-hand so beautifully, labled ASAP, and a wonderful masseur gave me back my mobility and lessened the pain by a lot. I was very grateful to him.

I hate to badmouth someone who is just trying to make a living - and I don't want to name him - but this was probably one of the most unsatisfying massages I've ever had. I wanted a woman but got a dude which made me uncomfortable to begin with. He was unable to make eye contact or any connection with me. Even more awkward. His style kind of robotic. I just waited for it to end. Sorry but I shouldn't have to be someone's guinea pig if I'm paying good $ for a massage.

I've had several sessions with Bee. I Ialways walk out of her room feeling transformed. After 15 minutes under her healing hands, I am in a trance-like state and feel totally relaxed to recieve deeper work. Some massage therapists just have the "right" touch- Bee is definitely one them! The front room can be a little noisy, so you might want to request one in the back, away from reception area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. My body worker was skilled, attentive, very intuitive/sensitive to me, and responded to my requests/feedback well. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the tables and treatment rooms are divided by curtains so one must be very quiet so as not to disturb others. But this is a very minor impact to an otherwise very pleasant (and affordable) experience!

I was charged for deep tissue massage and had asked for my cmt to concentrate on my feet and lower back and to please be gentle on my neck. After having her lacklusterly fiddle with my right foot I had asked for some deeper pressure. It was a short but sweet left foot massage but then she wrenched at my neck with some really painful techniques. I breathed through it and hoped it would be healing in the long run. Honestly, I feel like I have whiplash and my feet and low back still need work.

How grateful I am each month to come here and always have a deep, well 'kneaded' and healing massage. Not very welcoming at the first meeting and no request when saying good by about how I was or any friendly exchange which I feel is part of this intimate experience. I could have used a little more friendliness and concern about my experience at the close.

I had a GREAT massage from Daniela yesterday at BodyWise. I have been going to BodyWise for at least 10 years for low cost, quality massage. I have had many great experiences and am still in touch with other massage therapists that I met at BodyWise, who have moved on with their own practices. I feel the same about Daniela, but as long as I can keep getting one of her massages for a good deal, I'll keep going to see her at BodyWise.

I have been a fan of bodywise now for many years. My only observation during the winter months is that a practitioner should not be performing massage if they remotely feel ill. I had a massage done last month and the practitioner sneezed constantly during the session. He claimed that it was allergy's. Two days later I came down with a horrible cold. Coincidence perhaps but this is not the first time I have encountered this happeneing. First time with bodywise.

The room was cold, the massage therapist's hands were icy cold and when I mentioned it to him he acknowledged it but did n't do anything about it. I had to ask him to go run his hands under warm water. He was gentle, so much so I asked him twice to go a little deeper.
