I've had my 2013 Scion FR-S for three days and it is by far the greatest thing I have ever purchased, not simply because of how much I love the car, but also because of how important Raenee and Ryan made me feel. The salesperson Robert really knew a lot about how the Toyota Prius worked and showed me exactly how it should be driven, which was basically to drive it as you would any other car! Of course he also showed me tricks to increase my mileage which I will for sure do. I was able to communicate by email with him which saved me a lot of time and also helped to keep track of the answers to my questions. He was excellent!

I was the first person in line when the doors opened on Saturday. All I wanted was a simple oil change with no tire rotation. After an hour and a half I was finally out of there with no explanation as to why it took so long. After this experience I doubt that I will come back. I think that was excessive since everyone else who was there when I got there was already gone. Most vehicles were done within a half hour to forty five minutes.

Everytime that I go have my car serviced at LCToyota I feel confident that my car will be taken care of properly and quickly. I waited just 30 minutes for them to do an oil change. Everyone treated me with respect and even checked on me during my wait. There was a tv at my disposal and water bottles as well. I couldn't be happier.

ibattery was replaced on 2006 model based on faulty test results. replacement battery was not maintenance free model but old tech six cell hydro style that noverflows when outside temp is hot. i suspect battery test was not accurate as another person who was in the waiting room with me was told the same thing... her battery was losing charge and needed replacement. i believe her results were misinterperted as my battery test causing me to replace a perfectly good battery this is my toy

The people at the desk were friendly and helpful, the manager was having an indepth conversation with someone on the phone that was not a happy customer, they were having a heated discussion and everyone in the waiting room I feel that he should have at least closed his door and not had everyone in waiting room hear. I have always had a plesent experience especially with our original sales person Annita!

Called to tell me my car was "ready", but no work had been done. Had to point out to the mechanic that my light was still out, and that my brakes were making a strange noise. Mechanic claimed that the very new noise was because I was pressing the pedal too hard. I don't buy it. Charged $30 to be told "don't press your brakes that hard".

Excellent--Efficient, friendly workers who are always ready to answer questions (even rather stupid ones) and check up on any problems I have noticed--never . I especially like that when I have come in unexpectedly (when the icon for tire trouble pops up) they always check my car within a few minutes, tell me how long it will take to remedy the situation and offer me a ride home if I need it.

I've always purchased my vehicles from LC Toyota and they are the only ones who service it even though I live 2 hours away in Ruidoso. I haven't had a negative experience with them and this last time I showed up several hours ahead of my appointment and they fit me in and turned it around in less than an hour. If I had any suggestion it would be that they offer to wash your car as an additional benefit of being a LC Toyota customer.

I took my Prius in for a Blue service and was informed that there was a recall on the Hybrid system water pump....instead of having to reschedule they performed the recall repair at the same time. Due to the extra hour they provided a Rental car to us at no cost. When the repair ran long they put 3 more techs on the car to get it done. Outstanding service.

Took my 2009 Toyota Rav4 for oil-filter change plus tire rotation, only my second visit there. The day before my appoint.the tire air-pressure light came on. They checked all tires for leaks and found nothing other than air pressure low on a couple of tires. Paid, drove off the parking lot, and within a mile the check engine light came on. I returned to the service dept. and the problem was that they had left the air filter casing disconnected. They apologized and gave me back my payment!

I recently had my toyota serviced with the "blue" package. In general, I am very happy with the LC toyota. I do have one small complaint. When rotating my tires, I have asked them if they would rotate out the full size spare as well so I can get overall longer life on all my tires. They basically told me "no" they only rotate the four on. I find this odd because it was the dealer in Santa Fe that recommended it! Overall, I am happy however with LC toyota.

Have 2 vehicles from LC Toyota and all service for 12 years.On 8/20, the waiting room was insufferably hot. Told the swamp coolers not working well. The outside open door added to heat. After 1and a half hours, car was done as promised. Dirty front carpet and floor mat was NOT cleaned as stated "as apppropriate" on receipt. Was given a bottle of water; should have been notified prior to my leaving home as to how dreadful the waiting room was...almost 100 degrees and high humidity.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Raenee at Las Cruces Toyota and we will defintely to back when we need another. She is responsive and informative without being pushy. This is the 3rd time the service people have screwed up. Not only was it the worst time, it will be their last time. The mechanic rushed changing a fuel filter and left me driving around with a gas leak! It doesn't take much imagination to realize how dangerous a gas leak can be. The time before they screwed up changing the oil and left me with an oil leak, which could have resulted in a blown engine. You have a choice - use it and choose to go elsewhere.

I think $67.71 is too much for a simple oil change. The front floor mats were vacuumed; tires rotated (which I can have done for free). perhaps if they washed and vacuumed the car it would help justify the cost of an oil change. I will take advantage of $20.00 oil changes many companies offer areound Las Cruces (including Borman Auto).

I came in with a Technical Service Bulletin from Toyota for a specific fix under warranty. The employee I spoke with tried to explain that it wasn't a recall so the service wasn't covered under warranty (not true), then explained that the technicians may get in there and find more wrong with the car that wouldn't be covered (also not true). The problem was repaired for free in about 40 minutes, but I think they would have charged me the $580 if I hadn't printed and brought the bulletin in

I hate trying to buy a new car, but they made the experience pretty nice. We were able to take our car seat while we test drove and the service was very helpful. The only problem that I had with the entire day was that it took FOREVER to get in to see someone to get paperwork signed. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal, but we had our 9 month old with us...let's just say he was less than happy to wait around. All around, though, it was a positive experience with a positive outcome.

Combined the 5 K Blue Service with with a scheduled Recall on Prius floor mats and gas pedal issues. Everything was completed within 2.5 hours as promised, gas pedal modified and no problems. They reset the maintenance light and their tire pressure check corrected the low tire pressure light issue. I even got a Yaris for a loaner and was able to visit the Las Cruces Farmers Market that Saturday while maintenance was performed. Great work, guys. No reason to take our Toyotas anywhere else.

It was reported on the receipt that two loose bolts were found and tightend on the enginmount and transmission. When I left, the original problem was still there-same noise. In terms of service, excellent. Not so good in terms of fixing my car. Any recommendations on what I should do next?

The facility does not compare favorably with other Toyota dealers. Parking is not adequate, service write up is not efficient and basic service takes much longer than other dealers I have experienced. If I'm in the Phoenix area when I need scheduled maintenance, I go to Right Toyota. No appointment necessary. I pull up am met at car, car is taken to service bay, and car is returned to me in a timely manner and completely washed. What I can say about Las Cruces Toyota is that the people are nice.

Nothing major. Just a 20K scheduled maintenance but my first on this vehicle. Dropped it off the night before. The lot was open so I could park. They were done by 8 the next morning. P.S. The recall hysteria is based on less than 50 reported incidents. The media loves these kinds of stories. I would buy a Toyota now because of the great financing. They're still the same great vehicles.

I have been having my Prius serviced by LC Toyota for 3 years now and have only had one problem (that's 9 service calls). That problem ended up being solved by the parent company, but LC Toyota did all the work. They are service oriented, a dying breed, and efficient. And they even wash my windshield if dirty and dust my dashboard. Good service is all in the details! I love my Prius.

As always, the customer service at Las Cruces Toyota was exceptional. The service was preformed in a timely manner. The service staff, particularly Noel H. Torres, went out of their way to make sure that my concerns about my vehicle were addressed.

Service Manager cold and not concerned. Wanted Blue service without oil - told me $49 only $10 off normal price with a take it or leave it attitude. Opted for tire rotation only after I asked for this option. Waited over an hour after my appointment time (came in early also). Car was sitting on rack for ++++ time. Finally the Tech came to me and asked me to inspect with him a problem I asked to be looked at - Good Tech! - Service Manager was supposed to ask me back - he didn't! Not Good!

We've got a 2006 Sequoia with 85,000 miles on it, and have had all the scheduled service done at Las Cruces Toyota. The service has always been done correctly, and the people are friendly. The work is still done in a 1970's era facility, but the tools and techniques are up to date. I recommend Las Cruces Toyota for maintenance to your Toyota. Easy check in and check out too.

They still owe me two wheel covers from my very first service. I know they kept them because I went immediately to a tire center to have the tires filled with nitrogen and they recorded the missing covers. Will I ever get them returned? I doubt it. With or without wheel covers, I love my trouble free Prius, five years and 50,000 miles without a speck of trouble.

I had a very expensive service call on my Toyota Matrix. Not only was it handled in a timely fashion, but Toyota honored their warranty coverage so I did not have to pay. Wonderful to know that Toyota stands behind their product, their service, and their warranties

I went in for a an oil change expecting to be waiting in a boring room for three hours, like the last time. I was pleasantly surprised however when i discovered that not only was their free wifi, but that the service only took 40 minutes! Many thanks for a markedly better experience.

My thanks to LC Toyota for helping me get the springs on my Tacoma upgraded. They worked with the Toyota rep to get the springs needed to make the Tacoma more able to carry a 700 pound camper without bottoming out on back roads.

I had my Toyota Prius serviced at Las Cruces Toyota yesterday. I was very impressed by the courteous and friendly greeting I received. Mike was my service representative and Tony performed the srevice on my car. Mike informed me up front what the cost of my service would be. I like that. He also kept me informed on the progress of my service and any reccomendations that Tony informed him about. I could not be more pleased with the treatment I receive and the service I got.

A few months ago I purchases a vehicle from james at Las Cruces Toyota. He was all business, always called back, nothing but the straight deal. My vehicle had a slight problem with the guages. I went in and they fixed everything perfectly and were very courteous to say the least. They even changed the oil for free, and inspected the brakes, and, and, and. I will not ever consider buying another vehicle that is not a Toyota, or buy one from another dealer. I could go on!l
