Purchase Agreement Reveiw
The Tech will review all aspects of the purchase agreement including warranties, services provided in house and maintenance requirements and batteries needed.
Hearing Aid Delivery
Dispensing Hearing Aid(s) install, fitting, instructions and maintenance of equipment.
Hearing Aid Repair
Some services can be completed in house, however some have to be sent into the Hearing Aid Corporate Office for service.
Repair with Delivery
We require that after every repair the Tech further calibrates your hearing aids for your needs. Cost depends on services and products provided.
Reprogramming Outside Products. ($50.00)
Our Tech will provide a through cleaning, evaluation and service of existing equipment. Re-programming of unit(s) and new battery. Time could be over 60 mins in some cases.

Eye Exam & Purchase of New Glasses

This is my second time to PerSpectacles and I truly won't go any other place. Starting with the thorough and caring eye exam by Dr. Castro. He reviewed and asked me how my health issues were going from last time. He also educated me in what to do for my extreme dry eyes due to Graves disease. Then David goes above and beyond any customer service I've ever had in making sure you get the right frame for your face, and the fit and quality of the glasses is like non other. I highly recommend!

This is by far the best place to go and get what you need for your eyes. Both the doctor and owner(I think he was the owner) were great. They both took the time to give me what I needed in order to help see better in my right eye. And it was close to closing time. I would refer this business to everyone I know.

Friendly, accomodating and attentive staff, doctors and atmosphere. Customer service is not a mere motto here, it is the guiding principle of every action. Service does not end when you walk out the door with contacts or glasses; help is always offered when you phone or make a pop-in visit.

We went there yesterday for my daughter's appointment, she is 10. As her first experience it was great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices were a little high for frames, but I guess most good quality are. My daughter had a pleasant experience and everyone made her feel confortable. Thank you!

I hate going to the eye doctor. Like most people hate going to the dentist, I hate the eye doctor. Untillllllllllllll yesterday! Best experience ever. For the first time in ten years of wearing contacts a doctor recommended that I should get dailys because I wear them so infrequently. He was super helpful and didn't make the process as challenging as it usually is. The Dr was super friendly and the office staff was extremely helpful and friendly too!
