Apple Computer Help
We were unsure about some of the functions on our Apple Computer. The young gentleman who assisted us during our hour's appointment was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were very pleased and will certainly return if we have further questions or any problems.

New computer purchase and installation
In store salesperson was extremely helpful in heeling me select the appropriate computer and service plan. The young man to came to the house to set it up was terrific. (I think his name is Trevor. I would recommend that you give your on-site service fellows business cards with the stores main phone.)

If you need computers or somputer support, please go to Computers Plus! They have been in business for many years and they know their stuff! I have done business with them for several years now, and they have never disappointed me.

Great experience
I had an appointment to show me how to burn dvd and how to transfer pictures from my camera. The guy that worked with me was very friendly and well educated.

Well worth the purchase!
It was well worth the purchase. Patrick was great on the one on one training and answering questions. I recommend it as the staff is patient and does not make you feel rushed.

Very satisfied
I chose Computers Plus because I had heard they had good service. I was not disappointed. Every time I have come in with a question (and I have many) they have always been courteous and helpful. The young man who helped me with my initial training was patient and understanding. He explained things in a way that I could understand. This was very helpful to me being a computer novice. I would certainly recommend Computers Plus. It beats the big box stores.

Patrick is a real pro. He quickly understood my photographic needs and constructed a system to meet them. Then he walked me through the system in a way that I picked it up quickly.

outstanding customer service
When having multiple computer issues recently, I was at my wits end and went in to our local Computers Plus in Evansville, IN and was given one on one help despite it being an extremely busy day for the store. I have never seen this level of customer care from any other competitor and greatly appreciated all the helpful insight! I would be happy to recommend Computers plus to anyone. They were also very patient with someone like me who is not exactly the most tech savvy!

I needed some one-on-one help and was delighted with Patrick's very professional and courteous teaching style. I will definitely schedule another session. Very much worth the 2 1/2 hour trip. Nice store and friendly staff.

Mostly Good Stuff
Overall, service is good, but they need more people. Can be tough to get assistance if you need it in a hurry. Techs do whatever it takes to solve the problem.

Patrick really knew his stuff! He set up all our devices with our wireless and synced our tv with Netflix. He even took a little extra time to finish everything, letting his next customers expect his tardiness. Very professional!

I had problems with safari-booked appt, with Patrick-one on one. He explained what the problem was & fixed it. I have a MacBook. Seems no one in city has knowledge on Mac. Thanks Computer Plus. Glad we bought the computer from you with the service plan.

Computers Plus - a Real +
From my first experience of calling the store to having Patrick make a home visit to help me hook up my new printer and BlueRay to the wireless network. He was willing to do several other tasks not on the work list; he was courteous just as I found all the CP staff to be. I went to CP on a personal referral and will pass on my own referrals as opportunities arise.

Great job, Patrick was helpful, not at all intimidating. Really wish Apple would put out a reference manual. that would probably the most helpful thing of all because sometimes its hard to find a time to go into the store

Great Support!
Book an appointment with one of their computer specialist when you are having problems and they will sit down with you and go over everything to make sure you understand what is wrong or how to work it. I recently purchased an external hard drive and had problems getting it downloaded. Patrick took the time to take care of my problem. I am very happy!

Free one on one with Patrick
This was a very helpful lesson with Patrick. He taught me how to integrate my Iphone and camera with my new Macbook Pro. Any questions that I had were answered thoroughly and with great care. He did a super job and I would highly recommend lessons with him. This was a good opportunity supplied by Apple and Computers Plus.

Review of Computers Plus
I had an appointment with them to do a one on one transfer of applications to a new computer. The young gentleman that worked with me was informative and friendly. I would recommend the store to everyone I know. Only draw back was when I entered the store I had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone asked if they could help me. What employees were there were busy with customers other than that great store and experience.
