Much Needed Hair Care for Natural Process
As a first time client, I went to Changing Faces to get some insight on how to take care of my hair during the natural process. The results of my visit was excellent ! Mrs. Williams (Owner) took very good care in shampooing an styling my hair. She also educated me on what he was doing on the first appt. and what needs to be done going forward to have quality and healthy hair when trasitioning to a natural process. She was also time efficient during the appt.

My Hair Can look like This!
My hair looked amazing in 1.5 hrs and not the 3+ hours it takes at other salons. I love Ms. Williams. She gives you facts and products that work for your hair. She tells it like it is, describing the condition of your hair, what you have been doing wrong and how you need to fix it. The atmosphere is very relaxed and she is very easy to talk to. I love how straight she got my hair without a relaxer. After years of searching I finally found a stylist worth going to. Highly recommended.

Satisfying Experience
I was really shopping around for a good hairstylist and I know I have found one. I was very pleased with hair after Mrs. Williams was finished. She did an awesome job. She was very open and honest about the condition of my hair and gave practical suggestions on how we could work together to get my hair back where it used to be. I will definitely keep my appointments and will recommend her to my friends and family, or any one who need a good stylist.

First and Not the last experience
I visited Changing Faces for the first time on 10/8/11 and was very pleased with my visit, not only was she able to schedule me in last min on a Saturday but she was also fast and friendly, I liked that she was very knowledgeable and honest when doing my hair. I will definitely be back!

First experience
I just moved to Maryland from Richmond VA and was in need of a good stylist. I was recomended to Mrs. Williams by one of her clients. I must say Mrs Williams did an awesome job on my hair and I will visit Changing Faces soon.

She is The Best
I visited Change Faces Hair Boutique for the first time on Friday, (8/19/11) and I must say the results was amazing. Ms. Williams is definitely a professional. I loved how Ms. Williams listened to the reasons why I came to Changing Faces Hair Boutique then she said "As of today, we will no longer discuss this issue, I love during hair and you will be pleased". She is good. I loved the end results and so did my husband. Thank you Ms. Williams.

The Best!
I must say Ms. Williams is very professional...she saw me right away...I didn't have to wait. She gave me great advice on how to make my hair healthy and maintain my hair style in between appointment. And the best part was I was in and out in a timely manner. I will definitely go again.

Love My Hair
I had my first app with Ms. Williams and it is the first time in 6 months that I have been happy with my hair. She listened to me and gave me advice on what to do with it, especially during and after workouts. It is bouncy, soft and smells so good. She made me feel very comfortable. Definitely will be going back to her every week.

Going to a short haircut
I was so skeptical about cutting my hair even though it was so damaged. But after going to Ms. Williams, my experience was painless but what I like most was her staightforwardness and honesty. By the way, I absolutely love my new hairstyle and look forward togoing to her to get my hair back to the strength and beauty that it once had. Ms. Williams is an awesome hairstylist and I will be sending her as much business as I possibly can. My next appointment is in 2 weeks - can't wait!

i found my new stylist
I just moved to this area and have been trying to find a stylist I can trust. Ms Williams is great, she took the time to talk to me about my hair and scalp. I was greeted with warmth and respect. Great attitude and environment. Can't wait for my two week apointment.

I had a marvelous experience at Changing Faces. I was nervous about going from one style to another but Ms. Williams assured me that everything would be fine and it was and I haven't looked back since. I also bought maintenance products and even before my drastic change i was able to have a consultation and have a session where she told me what to do to prepare my hair for the transition. The Best Service in Laurel
Ms. Williams my stylist is the best. She knows what she is doing and very efficient. I have been never spent more than a couple of hours in the boutique, which is very unusual these days! Try it out you will not be disappointed.

Outstanding Sevice
I made an appt. online, didn't know what to expect, I was impressed with the comments online. I had a bad experience at another salon 2 weeks prior, so I didn't have high hopes. Ms. Williams was my stylist, who is very knowledgeable and knew what was best for my hair, I was cluess. Her shampoo girl was friendly and pleasant and I felt very comfortable. I left the salon very impressed with Ms. Williams work on my hair, she informed me how to care for it when I left. I am definitely going back.

Awesome Service
It's nice to know that when you schedule an appointment that the stylist is ready for you at that time. The ladies are very helpful, and make you feel at home. I feel alot more confident about my hair since I've been going there. My curls stay in until it's time for my next appointment, and I have receive only compliments when I leave the shop. Wonderful service!

Great Service without a long wait
I like that you have the option to schedule appointments online. Each time that I have gone to the shop, I have been able to be serviced without having to wait all day. I have only been to the shop 3 times, but I am always happy with my styles. The stylist take time and thoroughly wash and condition your hair. I found the shop through an online search and chose to go there because they use Design Essentials products which work well on my hair.

The ladies were very down to earth and accomodating. The stylist who assisted me was Kiana, she was pleasant and had me out in a decent time (compared to other salons I've been to). My experience was overall a great one.

The on-line appointment booking process is FANTASTIC! It's so easy to match your availability with that of your stylist. On my initial visit I got excellent service, including a discussion of the current condition of my hair, and where I wanted my hair to be. I will be returning at least monthly, if not more often.

Wonderful Experience
While purchasing hair products, I booked an appointment based upon the wonderful customer service. The young lady that shampooed my hair did a great job and took her time. The owner, Mrs. Williams, styled my hair and what a wonderful experience! Her roller setting technique is by far the best I've ever had. Mrs. Williams actually "trimmed" my ends and my curls weren't tight or crunchy. I left the salon with flowing hair that was full of body! I will definitely become a regular customer.
