As a person that has always been concerned with my hair, I needed someone that is willing to talk to me and address any concerns that I have. Ms. Williams has done that and more. She has given me options for my natural hair. I feel that I have someone that is looking out for the best interest of my hair and ultimately me.

I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and how well organized it is. Mrs. Williams is an absolute delight! Extremely well versed in the wide variety of hair products she offers I'm definitely recommending Changing Faces to all my friends.

The on-line appointment booking process is FANTASTIC! It's so easy to match your availability with that of your stylist. On my initial visit I got excellent service, including a discussion of the current condition of my hair, and where I wanted my hair to be. I will be returning at least monthly, if not more often.

While purchasing hair products, I booked an appointment based upon the wonderful customer service. The young lady that shampooed my hair did a great job and took her time. The owner, Mrs. Williams, styled my hair and what a wonderful experience! Her roller setting technique is by far the best I've ever had. Mrs. Williams actually "trimmed" my ends and my curls weren't tight or crunchy. I left the salon with flowing hair that was full of body! I will definitely become a regular customer.
