I scheduled an appointment, showed up on time, and didn't have to wait. Signed my forms, took a picture, and then left on my way in a few minutes. The HR rep Nelson, was super helpful. Very good experience!

Very nice once we got started. No initial greeting or acknowledgement when I arrived however. I had a 1 PM appointment, though I'm not sure what the point was as nothing happened when 1 PM came around and I wasn't help until a few minutes after.

HR was great. They helped me to be sure that my paperwork was filled out properly and were very pleasant in doing it. I never waited more than ten minutes to be seen and on several accounts they were even able to see me before my scheduled appointment time.

The customer service staff was nice, but booking an appointment was useless since they went straight down the sign-in sheet. It doesn't seem to run efficiently, so prepare to sit down and wait.

Lori Jones did not show up at the appointed time at 2 pm although I made an appointment. This is not first time. Other stuff were great to help me out my issue. Lori never responds email and she just did not say anything about her failure. This is very typical on her.

I went in to submit the new hire paperwork, and also needed help filling out parts of the form. I was quickly attended to by a member of the staff, who patiently guided me through the parts of the application I needed help with, and explained clearly what else needed to be done. All of the above was completed in 10-12 minutes with minimum hassle.

I went there for the 1st time and right then I got in I was greeted and helped immediately!!! I only stayed there for 10 min which was awesome! She was keep telling me "don't worry about it" every time that I was apologizing for not knowing what she talked about (because I'm foreign)! Overall I had a great experience and I hope they will keep it that way! Thank you OHR

When I arrived at OHR i was quickly greeted by a representative, asking me what I needed. I had scheduled an appointment prior to coming in and was helped about 5 minutes before scheduled time. The representative was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me with the last few questions I had about my paperwork. I had no issues and would readily go back.

My experiences with GaTech admin have been pretty dismal, but Dr Podoll was a welcome change. When I arrived to my meeting with him, he'd already identified the cause of my problem and worked with me to rectify it. He really is very good at his job, and is the best person I've dealt with at GaTech admin.

On my first day my experience with HR was good. The CSR was very nice and pleasant. My only complaint was that she sent me to Parking Services, when I didn't need to go. She forgot to give me a temporary decal so I had to go all the way back to HR. Other than that my experience would have been great. But overall it was good.

The entrance to HR needs signage to direct visitors to sign-in. It was much better in the past when there was someone there specifically to greet those coming in. The actual exit interview was just two folks signing off on my form; it would have been a better use of my time if I could have met with someone who actually did an interview, and wanted to know of my opinions.

I set up an appointment with OHR to address an issue of employment that I should have taken care of long before I finally decided to. The OHR employee who worked with me was very friendly and very patient, as I arrived at OHR full of questions and without having filled out the necessary paperwork. Good customer service, and it took all of 20 minutes.

The staff was extremely helpful and got us through the paperwork withoit wait and very pleasntly. We arrived 15 min before the appointed time counting on waiting a bit, but they took us right away. During the orientation, the presentation of OHR was the most informative one and it was extremely well prepared. It was a pity that they received so little time that they had to rush I would suggest that in future orientations, they are given miore time and other presentations are cut
