The massage therapist sounded like she only knew slightly what she was doing - couldn't name different procedures/techniques. She used "this" "who's it", etc in place of procedural names. She touched 3 spots on my jaw, 3-4 on my back, and was finished. Never mind that it was no where close to an hour that my family paid for...she didn't even massage at all! So very disappointed! Glad I only paid the Groupon rate & not full price. Never again:-(
