Nice facility. Friendly knowlegabe tour. Even received a call about being a couple minutes late. Talking to other residents all seemed to like the place and were also friendly.

I made an appointment online for an apartment viewing. I arrived on time and waited about 20 minutes. During that time I called the Rental Resources main number and left a voicemail stating I was at the apartment. I never recieved a call back from them.

Excellent Landlord!

I woke up to water pouring out of my ceiling of my apartment from the one above me. At 4 in the morning. I called the on-call number on the voicemail and he was already at my apartment building, and had already called the fire and water restoration people who were on their way. What a relief!

I showed up and waited for 45 minutes for a showing and nobody had the courtesy to even call me back after I even called and left a message. Not only did I use the online reservation, I even had a phone reservation. They must think only their time is important. A sorry would have nice. Will not be looking to rent from them. Wonder how they run their properties? They would have received zero stars, but you have to at least give them one star to submit this.

From booking my appointment online to the house showing, every aspect of my experience with Rental Resources was excellent! The properties I looked at were beautiful, and the man showing me the homes was very knowledgeable about them and answered all of my questions. I'm keeping my fingers crossed I'll get to live in the home I toured!
