I do a lot of physical activity, which tends to be tough on my body. When I go in to see Becca, she is able to take care of all of my issues, and I am ready to go out and hike another 20 miles, ride another 50 miles. So happy I found her.

I have been experiencing PMDD symptoms for two years. I have used massage, anti anxiety medication, holistic diet and exercise to cope but nothing has come close to the relief I felt from receiving body and energy work for Becca. Great Deep Tissue ...I was really hurting from the gym in my legs and shoulders on Sat. Felt 100% better when I left...so much relaxed and not that much soreness. Amazing!

For several months I enjoyed blissful bi-weekly Becca massages. Then I became "too busy" for a couple of months. Eventually my body demanded that I book another session. (Thank you, body.) No more "too busy" for me. Becca is amazing. That thing she does with the skin above your spinal column...?!?!!!

Becca defines new territory as a practioner. Her dedication, education and intention to healing arts is profound. I am very fortunate to have had many sessions with her. She has created a unique practice of therapeutic breathwork, Polarity, Reiki and massage. I cannot think of a practioner who can offer so much wish the level of mastery as Becca.

I had a foot massage with Magda and it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I can remember. Pure pleasure for 30 minutes. It was not reflexology, which is what I expected. It was an actual massage of all parts of my feet as well as my lower calves. I had a half off coupon from Deal Chicken but I'd be willing to pay full price ($30) for another.

I've been receiving monthly massages for about twenty years and Becca is among the best. On my list of criteria for a GREAT MASSAGE are: great space, private and safe, great energy, and a therapist who is strong where needed and knows where the "spots" are. But that would be unfair to Becca and her vision for the Awake Collective. Best. Massage. Ever. And her energy work is other-worldy. Not enough good things can be said....

My massage yesterday with Shahida was beyond relaxing, I can tell I released things that have been tight since I gave birth (WHY did I wait 20 months to get a massage???) I definitely released more than muscle tension, the effects of PPanxiety&insomnia, breastfeeding strain, 'repetitive use' tightness...I fell asleep on the massage... table, and have been walking more upright since yesterday...don't wait 20 months to get on the massage table!!

wonderful group of folks at the awake collective. because of the low price, i'm able to get massage more frequently than i have ever been able to. the best part is, though, is becca and shahida are so good at what they do. and... if i lived closer, i'd participate in the other offerings.
