Exceeded my expectation massage
My first time to see Rosy, and I came in feeling tight, achy and stressed. I left feeling loose, relaxed and rejuvinated. Rosy's got warm, calm energy and strong hands. A most skilled therapist, I made my next appointment immediately I was done with my session.

Relief!
My experience at Blue Heron was great. I could really feel my muscles opening up and my tense nerves gaining some much needed relief . Rosy was very attentive to the issues going on with my back, making it a comfortable and relaxing experience, and my back feels all the better for it.

Highly Recommend!!
Rosy knows her stuff, finding areas that need attention in a gentle but firm way in a very relaxing atmosphere! I was so much more relaxed after my session and am definately planning to go back again soon!!

Rosy Simas Massages - more than you ever imagined!
Rosy has a great sense of timing. She knows what needs to happen when during her most beneficial massages. I have had some hip issues recently and her knowledge and skill has been unbelievably helpful. Thank you Rosy!!! Highly recommended! I have gone to Rosy for massages for several years and found them increasingly helpful.

Blue Heron Bodywork

The Best Massage
I always leave Rosy's massage table feeling much better than when i arrived-- relaxed and with less pain. She is a wonderful and knowledgeable bodyworker whose years of experience and education really show through. She is always attentive to my 'issues' and has great advice to offer about how to positively effect my gripes 'off the table'. ALSO-- her studio is very comfortable and temperate, which is an essential for a good massage experience in my opinion.

Rosy always gives me information about my body she discerns during massage. I have gotten massages for the past 20 years from practitioners with various specialties. Rosy is the best massage therapist I have had when it comes to relaxation and perceiving my body's needs.

restorative and uplifting
I was overdue for a massage, but hadn't found the right person yet in the Twin Cities... until now. I think it's fair to say I presented a strong challenge for any masseuse -- locked up muscles from my neck to my finger tips, and overall stiffness and poor circulation... but I left feeling so much softer, more flexible and calm, and the oil she uses is amazing. I bought a series of massages to make sure I don't get all bound up again, and am looking forward to going back.

Calm Strength

Rosy has great hands, with insight and ability, I haven't has such great body work in a decade. She also is wonderful with draping, does wonders with little heated towels, and kept me truly warm throughout the massage on a very cold day..

Every time i visit Rosy for a Swedish massage i come away feeling more aligned and generally enlightened than when i arrived; Rosy is absolutely fantastic at massage and her extensive knowledge of body work really helps her to get to the core of any physical issues i bring to the table... I felt like a new woman!
Swedish massage by Rosy at Blue heron was fantastic. Rosy really does listen to you, asks insightful questions, and does a fantastic Swedish massage, reaching and releasing tensed up muscles and generally providing a truly therapeutic experience. Rosy is also very knowledgable about how to work on releasing tension outside of the massage therapy experience.

She asks, listens and responds
Before beginning any body work, Rosy asks her client what's happening with his body, what he's feeling, what he believes he needs. Rosy then chooses a direction -- it might be shiatsu, for example -- and then explores and goes deeper as a session moves along. A 90-minute session flies by in a moment, and you feel transported during and after. Her rates are more than reasonable, and she leaves you thinking about how to relax once you leave her studio.

Rosy's hands are loving and knowing
My massages with Rosy are so relaxing. She is very knowledgeable and professional, also she has a very intuitive way of touching the body. She is a very talented therapist and I plan to return as often as I possibly can!

The Best Massage Ever

Great Experience!
I had a wonderful experience with Rosy. This was my first time with a pro massage, so we talked for a few moments; I mentioned a couple physical issues I have & she let me know what to expect. She was friendly, sensitive, serene, unhurried, thorough, and left me feeling great. A mind as well as body vacation, and a great balance to my workouts. I will certainly be back.

Fantastic
as always. I came in with stress-induced headaches of late and left with my neck/upper back nicely loosened. And the unexpected help with my knees. I haven't had any pain for the past few days after Rosy worked with my knees.

Magic Hands
Rosy works magic on the body. My lower back had been aching for over a month. One 90 minute session and the pain is practically gone. She also provided information on oils I could use to make my bruises heal faster. I only wish I lived closer so that I could be a regular of Rosy's.

Simply the best
Rosy works with sincerity and deep intension. She has an incredible intuitive approach to her work and is extermely focused and knowledgable. Relaxing with Rosy Simas!
Highly Recommended! Very professional, Rosy made me feel at ease with her pre-massage questions to find out what I wanted or expected from the massage. I was embarrased to find myself waking up 3 different times during the hour long massage from me snorting, oh well. I didn't know I snored. I'm looking forward to the future altered states of snorting. Rosy was wonderful!

An altered state of relaxation
