  99215G: Prenatal visit with physical exam & pap smear
• Prenatal Visit w/ glucose screen
  99215GS:Glucose screening done between 26-28
• Glucose Tolerance Test
  If you have failed the 1 hr or 2 hr glucose screen midwife devised this a correct diagnoses for gestional diabetes
• Follow up visit, est client
  99213: Follow up visit for any complaints or return visit after a hospital stay.

  Only going for lab work
• Pregnancy Depression Counseling
  Classes and session to prevent depression during pregnancy
• FAS and PRNV
  Fetal anatomy scan with your visit with the midwife
