Warren has an amazing ability to pull the stress right out of your body. I always feel better after going to see him. He adjusts the amount of pressure to just the right amout for me. Also he can work out some of the worst knots without any pain. Thank you and hope to come back soon

I only had to tell Warren I was having a bad headache and hoping he could help me relax before I saw Dr. Bryan for the adjustment. He went right to work on my neck and shoulders making both visits at Gerner Chiropractic enjoyable with the massage with Warren and the adjustment with Dr. Bryan.

Warren is an outstanding massage therapist. I have chronic hip and back problems following an accident I had some years ago, and the best relief I have found for this is a combination of Warren's massage therapy and Dr. Gerner's chiropractic adjustments.

Warren is an excellent massage therapist for sports-related issues. I had some low back fatigue on long runs and tightness in the ITB area and hamstring/calf unit. I ran 9 miles today without any low back problems and the hamstrings felt much better with daily improvement. I highly recommend Warren. I am a 30-40 mile/week runner.

Warren worked with my son on several chronic problem areas, teaching him with each new tight muscle group how they related to the others and showing him basic stretches to help put everything in better shape. He was very good speaking with a teenager.

Warren Jones not only does great body-work but is a wealth of good nutritional knowledge as well! Many body workers give the impression that you are a 'task'. Not Warren! His kindness and experience are definitely conveyed in his massages. I reccomend Warren to anyone.

Warren provided me with a very restful hour. The massage was expertly delivered and greatly appreciated. Unfortunately my history of responding poorly to massage on my right shoulder continues. I got a mild headache almost immediately, so I won't be getting another soon. Very sorry.

I've been having some problems with what appear to be the beginnings of repetitive stress injuries in my hands as well as tension in my shoulders. Warren provided a fantastic explanation of the interconnectedness of the core to the rest of the body and, in addition to a fantastic massage, gave me tips on things I can do every day to help relieve my shoulder tension and be more conscious of my body movements. I'll be back for more.

I came in with a calf muscle spasm that I acquired doing physical therapy for my other Achilles which had ruptured. After a few months of trying exercises, icing, etc., I went to Warren. In just 6 weeks he got me from hobbling to running. I was able to get back to serious training. Thanks Warren!

I am really sensitive, former fibromyalgia patient, and so I usually have to tell CMTs to go easier than they naturally do (and often cannot get the deep work I need because of it). Warrens technique is perfect--he goes deep and gets things released without painful, pinpoint pressure. He is a great listener and has great energy as well.

Most massages seem to go by too quickly but Warren managed to get all my kinks worked out in a limited time. His approach was easy going but definitely effective. I enjoyed the emphasis on breathing that he encourages.

Warren gave me a fantastic massage. When I book an appointment for massage with someone I haven't been to before, I always worry that they won't be able to give a nice, strong massage. Warren not only gives a wonderfully strong massage, but he checks in with you and is keen to make sure that you experience the best massage possible.

I had significant and persistent shoulder pain and limited mobility due to an injury 10 months ago. I had tried physical therapy and massage with little or no effect. Warren's massage significantly diminished both the pain and the limited mobility. I am very grateful that he is gifted at what he does.

I have had quite a few massages and Warren was extremely professional, nurturing and able to take directions although I did not need to give him any direction. I am 7 mos pregnant and felt well supported and very relaxed. I have a shoulder problem that needs occasional chiropractic work and his massage helped adjust and the pressure points worked helped relax the area.
