Great support

I bought my computer at Willy Tech primarily for the support and classes. Made the switch to Mac in order to have this level of support. Josh has walked me through everything from set--up to detailed explanation of I Photo. I've learned a lot and now have a habit of goggling my questions because I've watched and realized that many of my questions have easily accessed answers. Instead of frustration and stumbling, I'm really enjoying my laptop.
