OK service, Appt scheduling was awkward

I scheduled my last service a month in advance and scheduled with Arnetta, because I find her waxing technique less painful than others. A day before my appointment, I was called and told that Arnetta would not be in the next day, and that I had to change my appointment time and have someone else do it. But when I arrived for my new appointment time the following day, Arnetta checked me in -- even though I was told she wouldn't be there. I wasn't offered any discount for the awkwardness.

Wonderful experience. Everyone made me feel really comfortable. Had my first Brazilian I was scared out of mind but Arnetta is soo cool and explained what i should expect.. After that I knew I was in good hands.. I will go back!
