Extremely Skilled Therapist
Aiden is truly a master at what he does. I've been to see him a couple times (and the most recent was due to serious upper back pain/tension) and he has an amazing ability to hone in and work out the troubled areas unlike anyone I've ever been to. He even discovers areas that don't even feel problematic, that is until you feel him working out yet another knot. I've had many massages over the years and Aiden is in all likelihood the best therapist I've encountered. And he's super sweet as well.

Pain-free!
Works on what needs working on
Aiden listens and works on either what you ask for, what your body asks for, or both! He won't give up on a stubborn knot, and uses a variety of techniques to really work out the tightness, pain, and stress. Nice, new space too. And he's really, really nice.

Another relaxing massage from Aiden!
After packing up and cleaning my mothers home of 40 years, I was seriously in need of a "tune-up". My back is back! and those knots are gone..thank you!!

Excellent Experience
Aiden quickly determined areas needing attention based on my description of my muscular discomfort. He also provided helpful exercises which I could perform on my own to assist in my healing process. I would highly recommend him!

made me feel very comfortable and got all the kinks out. Would ( and have) reacommend him to my friends. I'm glad to have someone in the neighborhood that I can walk to and not worry about parking.

excellent
This was the first time I had gone to Aiden and would recommend him highly. He found and then worked my knots and sore areas, but approached them carefully and effectively. He know what he's doing and could even tell that although I'm right handed, I sue my left hand for the mouse.

far exceeds expectations
I've tried a variety of massage therapists and modalities, and never had a "bad" experience. Aiden's work, however, really stands out, and puts him in a higher category of helpfulness. The physical work he did on my body was not merely a competent handling of knots and muscular tensions -- I felt like I was learning a great deal in the process, both about my own body's specifics, and about how to take responsibility for my health. I saw a better future for health care in the making!

Gifted . . .
Aiden is a gifted massage therapist--intuitive, intelligent and effective. I emerged from treatment upright and relaxed.
He was incredibly patient with my scheduling and rescheduling needs (even for our first appointment)--above and beyond the call of duty. I expect to continue to see him regularly, and have already referred friend.

Aiden Douglass is a great massage therapist
I have COPD and went to Aiden for massage and advice on techniques I might employ on my own to effect wellness for my lungs. He is a good listener and does the research in to each person's situation to come up with a plan that will be valuable for each person. I plan to see him on a regular basis.

The Best Massage I've Ever Had
Aiden pays attention to every response, physical or verbal, and builds an individualized treatment each time I see him. His intuition is a wonderful gift that he shares freely. His energy is so calming that I start to relax as soon as I arrive. He has helped me a great deal with my back pain and I will continue to see Aiden on a regular basis for as long as I can.

Intuitive, professional and sweet as can be
Aiden is one of the rare CMT's that has an intuitive gift for knowing exactly where the trigger points are, then working with you zap them away. I left feeling great with my body restored to it's natural position (I arrived for the massage all crunched up). I was impressed with him taking the time before the massage to sit down and chat about what I wanted to work on. Knowledgeable, talented – I'm looking forward to returning.

seriously incredible
I can't rave enough about Aiden and his massage skills. He is a truly skilled master at what he does. He found and worked out areas of tension that I didn't even know I had. HIs ability to hone in on troubled spots in truly a gift. I've had many massages over the years but only one or two times have I experienced something like this. In addition, Aiden seems like the sweetest soul ever, so you really can't go wrong.

Aiden was very sweet and worked primarily on "trigger points" to undo knots and pain in my lower back. It definitely felt better afterwards. He's a great guy. One recommendation: I would have like the room to be warmer.

The massage I received from Aiden was a wonderful experience. I felt he listened to my issues and designed a treatment specifically for me. The results were surprisingly good. I already have a second appt scheduled.
