My conversation with Tom Hess far exceeded my expectations. Not only was my problem addressed very well, but also with contagious enthusiasm. In fact, I received advice beyond my humble original intentions. Tom Hess excels in problem solving. I, as his customer, just needed to listen and now act accordingly.

Every interaction I have with Tom Hess is impressive. He has the ability to see through a question quickly and perceive what it is that the advised person REALLY needs to hear. This call helped me see that I was missing something that was in plain sight that I should have grabbed onto. I'm looking forward to the implementation and the growth.
