Great deep tissue massage!
I have received a lot of massage, as I am also an LMT, and Beth John was among the best deep tissue practitioners I have been lucky enough to get a massage from. Her knowledge of trigger points let her really open up some intractably spasmed areas that would have been impossible to massage directly.

Quality Massage.

Our first massage and definitely NOT our last!! Jasmine and Beth were wonderful. My husband was impressed at how strong Jasmine is for being so petite. Beth had me very relaxed. We were sad when it ended, I wanted to stay all day.

Exactly what I needed

Dynamic is the real deal....
I had an athletic injury - doctor wanted to provide cortisone injections & physical therapy mumbo jumbo. Saw Anna and obtained relief after one visit. Was completely fixed after three. Cheaper and a much nicer experience. She’s got the gift.

My massage with Chelsea was a gift from friends, and one that came at a time where I really needed it. I felt genuinely cared for and listened to during my session. Chelsea was very intuitive and thoughtful throughout. I especially appreciated her teaching me some very practical stretches and things I could do to take care of myself afterwards. Perfect way to end a day!
Had my second massage with Anna. 75 mins, and she focused so well on my trouble-spots. I really felt heard. Building a working relationship with a massage therapist is as important as a trusting, good relationship with your family doctor. I just don't want to go to anyone else!

Great deep tissue theraputic - Beth
I was in agony with both lower back and neck/sholder tension and was able to make a same day appointment with only 2 hours notice. Beth's deep tissue technique was wonderful and, although 60 minutes wasn't long enough to solve both issues, I plan to book another within a week to complete the therapy.

Jasmin is the BEST
How does 90 minutes shrink to feel like 15? If you are pondering whether to go for the 60 or 90 minute massage, don't hesitate to splurge. Your back will thank you. Jasmin is the best in Portland, hands down (no pun intended).

Olivia was great!
I've been really stressed lately and the knots in my back defintiely show that. Olivia worked through them really well and today my shoulders are a little sore, but defintiely in a good way! I would highly recomend Olivia and Dynamic Therapeutic Massage to my friends =)

It was my first massage with feet. Usually I don't enjoy being walked all over but this technique is amazing. My massage from Jasmin left me feeling relaxed from head to toe. If you are considering trying it .. You should!!! The smooth, consistent pressure that she used is something that you just can't achieve with conventional standing massage. I will definitely be going back to get stepped on again.

Healing wonders of Chelsea
I have seen Chelsea regularly, but had a longer than expected break in appointments. The first time I was back in her care was so wonderful, I was immediately feeling huge relieve from chronic pain. Crumpled and hunched up upon arrival, I left our session walking on clouds. A true healer is waiting for you if you book an appointment with Chelsea. Highly recommended for everyone.

A+++ Anna is amazing!
I suffered a medial head gastrocnemius tear (calf strain) about 1 month ago. I needed some help with some scar tissue and and I could not have picked a better massage therapist. I had a 45 minute focused massage and will definitely be back for other things as well. I liked the ease of online appointments. Anna was professional and easy to talk to if you should want to talk. I highly recommend and my massage was worth every penny!

Chelsea: Massage Genius
I needed a massage that blissed me out but still made me feel like we got something done. Chelsea strikes that perfect balance between the "aahhh' moments and the "Really?! that's my what?!". Came in with a raging headache. Chelsea used shiatsu to calm it - amazing - and then proceeded to immediately identify and skillfully address my shoulder, chest and other issues with great deep tissue massage.. Ended with ideas for self care including exercises. So amazing! I will be back!

wonderful massage w/ Beth!
I just had a massage for some major neck/shoulder pain that was shooting down through my arm. Besides the fact that it was a completely relaxing atmosphere, I was getting desperate to resolve my pain after already having an acupuncture treatment and dealing with this pain for about a week. Beth knew exactly where points to hit and totally put me at east and by the time i got home from my massage I was actually able to move my shoulder and arm and have been pain free ever since!

Oh goodness-- what a fantastic treat for my poor aching hips and legs. Jasmin's firm, intuitive touch was SO much better than the few pre-natal massages that I've had a various spas around town in these past few months. I Feel Good!
Beth John is an amazing massage therapist. Best massage I've ever received.
Beth John performed a deep tissue massage that was quite possibly the best massage I've ever received. Just the right amount of pressure, not too soft, not too hard that it was painful. I scheduled a massage after reading the reviews here and was not disappointed in the least. The therapist was highly skilled and very professional. The only downside was a very distracting clock on the wall above my head that was difficult to ignore. I'll be returning for more deep tissue massage!

NOT a fluffy massage.....know what they are doing!
I have been using their services for years and as a physical therapist myself, I am very impressed with their knowledge and techniques. I have been to other places and received what I would call a "fluffy" massage with no deep tissue techniques or targeting of specific muscles. All the girls I have received services from have been excellent. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I moved to Portland from Minneapolis 2 years ago and was so sad to say goodbye to my massage therapist. I thought I'd never find anyone of the same caliber. I had Anna Martin for 1.5 hrs she did a great job. She was able to find all my knots and worked on them while not causing additional pain. I've been to numerous therapist in the Portland area and this has been the best. I've also seen Jasmin who also provided excellent care. They incorporate stretching with massage. I can't say enough how wonderful they are.

Beth was very good at finding and massaging out my trigger points. I felt at ease in her care. The only downside was that paying felt a little awkward, there was no formal ask. Perhaps I am new to the etiquette, it was only my second massage ever.

My only concern about recommending Anna, is that her schedule will fill up and it will be tough to schedule another appointment. My shoulder previously dislocated is healing much faster and my back it much better. I am very thankful for the amazing work.

Chelsea is excellent
Let me premise this with the fact that I've experienced many massages from here to CA and even in Cancun. From the start the massage Chelsea was very focused on what I needed and brought me to a state of oblivion where I didn't even realize what was going on around me. I do believe at one point I was asleep or close to it. Total relaxation. The only thing I didn't like was that it ended, I could have stayed there for hours in bliss. I will be back for sure.

Chelsea is amazing!

A Great Experiance
I got a massage from Anna and it was great. She was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back for another one when I am in the area again. The only short coming was the facility. The waiting room is a small room with nobody in it, it was a bit confusing for me when I showed up. The restroom facilities are also only available once you are in the massage room. Don't show up having to use the restroom like I did.

Anna Martin was excellent. This was my first ever massage. My doctor suggested I have a massage for a shoulder problem. Ms. Martin not only ameliorated the problem, but gave a very articulate explanation of my injury and probable way it would heal. She also suggested exercises that could contribute to healing the problem. My symptoms are much abated, but best of all, I now know how to keep from exacerbating the problem and minimize the discomfort.

Great massage. Had a specific request for focused massage, and got just what i asked for with good results. Had a good massage the month before at a different location with the same focus, but the massage that Anna was able to provide was more therapeutic.

Amazing Relaxation Massage
I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable immediately. Intensely focused work on computers all day every day has me full of stress. Anna helps me reduce my stress level 110%. Excellent deep work
Anna Martin made a huge difference in my muscles, working quite deep without leaving me in a lot of pain the next day. She did a wonderful job of tying together the deeper work with relaxing strokes covering more of my body. I'll definitely go back.

Anna was great about not only listening to what I told her I thought needed work but also finding knots I wasn't even aware of. In addition, she was engaging and fun to talk with. I could feel the stress release the whole evening afterward. I'll definitely be back for more!

With deep knots like mine, a typical deep tissue massage could've been painful. But Kristine managed to exude patience in order for the massage to be enjoyable; I felt rejuvenated afterwards. I really liked her as a caring professional and will be back for more massages!

I have had many massages both in PDX and other cities, and Jasmin is hands down the best. She is extremely nice, strong, intuitive and never gives the same massage twice - I hate when masseuses go through the same ritual. I genuinely like her as a person and LOVE her as my massuse.

My session with Anna Martin was great!! I decided on Dynamic Therapeutic solely based on reviews I read online. I made my appointment online the same day after waking up with some pretty severe back pain. Anna spent a lot of time asking me questions about my goals for the massage and specific problem areas. She addressed them marvelously. The room was very clean, and the music was relaxing without having to listen to weird chimes & nature sounds. I will be referring all my friends & family!

great for athletes
Got overworked muscles that are too tight for you to achieve your best? Or is it simply bad ergonomics, bad habits, or too much work that has you bunched up? I have had both Anna and Jasmin take the knots out of my abused muscles several times over the past couple years. It's deep tissue work, but they will modulate their efforts according to your needs. I have not tried anything but the 1 hour massage, but i suspect their talents will reveal themselves with hot stones, couples, etc.

LOVELY
I had the most wonderful massage with Anna. The space is cute and comforting. I felt so comfortable being able to tell her exactly what I wanted, what areas to work on and the presure level. It was great. Most of all the kicker was the music. I LOVED IT- it put me right into the zone I needed to be in. I can't wait to be able to go back to try the hot stone massage. The downfalls are the bus stop and the parking. Another plus is the awesome bakery around the corner.

I was able to book a massage for a Friday afternoon less than 24 hours in advance. This in itself warrants high praise. The massage was absolutely amazing. I walked in with pain that was so bad that it was causing nausea and left feeling relaxed an positive about the world? I cannot recommend this place enough.

Finally...no more stiffness

Anna is the best massage therapist I've ever used. She is very thorough and clearly has a great understanding of physiology a. Phenomenal!
I have finally found my perfect haven for massages! I've been seeing Anna for a couple of months now, dealing with a chronic back injury, and when I leave her, I feel as tho she has totally tuned into my trouble spots and takes care of them.
