I tried Dynamic Therapeutic Massage three years ago when I moved to Portland from NYC. I have had massages in the best spas around the world and this is my best place. The girls are the best and the place is extremely cozy and clean. I have tried others in Portland (good too) but this one has the best combination.

Anna Martin was excellent. This was my first ever massage. My doctor suggested I have a massage for a shoulder problem. Ms. Martin not only ameliorated the problem, but gave a very articulate explanation of my injury and probable way it would heal. She also suggested exercises that could contribute to healing the problem. My symptoms are much abated, but best of all, I now know how to keep from exacerbating the problem and minimize the discomfort.

I highly recommend a 90 minute massage by Anna. It is very much worth it. I have seen Anna three times now and she has helped me work through a lot of stress that I hold in my shoulders. Anna radiates positive energy and treats me like a real person. I get to choose the pressure I like and the areas in which I'd like her to work. To top it off, at the end of the massage I get a warm towel and a piece of chocolate! Yummy! You should definitely try Dynamic Therapeutic Massage, you'll love it!

I have had pain for many years from old injuries. This has made a lot of simple tasks very difficult for me. I've tried acupuncture, chiropractic sessions as well as many other methods. I'm finding that the only the thing that is truly helping me stay pain free is to have body work done and not just any body work. Got overworked muscles that are too tight for you to achieve your best? Or is it simply bad ergonomics, bad habits, or too much work that has you bunched up? I have had both Anna and Jasmin take the knots out of my abused muscles several times over the past couple years. It's deep tissue work, but they will modulate their efforts according to your needs. I have not tried anything but the 1 hour massage, but i suspect their talents will reveal themselves with hot stones, couples, etc.

I had the most wonderful massage with Anna. The space is cute and comforting. I felt so comfortable being able to tell her exactly what I wanted, what areas to work on and the presure level. It was great. Most of all the kicker was the music. I LOVED IT- it put me right into the zone I needed to be in. I can't wait to be able to go back to try the hot stone massage. The downfalls are the bus stop and the parking. Another plus is the awesome bakery around the corner.
