I chose to go to Joel based on his experience. I was not disappointed. I have several issues that need to be addressed, so after listening to my history Joel and I chose to work on two problem areas. I was particularly interested in having trigger points in my neck worked on; those stubborn knots melted away under gentle but persistent pressure. For the other problem area Joel m taught me a stretch that would augment the massage after I got home.
